Character window explanations
The percent (30/30 *(%100)*) in the HP area denotes the overall performance of a character, this means that at %100, the character can perform at %100, (including the stats, skills, and abilities)
Force is the rating of the force(mass*accel) a body part of a character can exert
Speed is the rating of how fast can a body part of a character can move
Control is the is the rating of how stable/accurate a body part of a character in executing actions
Endurance is the rating of how much strain can a body part of a character can endure
Affinity is the rating of how sensitive a character to energies (mana, ki, nen, etc.)
The reason behind there is no level is that the character grows on actual terms, doing things related with Force can increase the Force stat, after all the degree of realism of the game is near-reality.
SP is received from external sources (quests, items, etc.), it is and will never be self attained by a character (achievements, titles, etc.)
The reason behind there is no stat growth while manual is training is because manual is just training. (anymore than this is, is spoilers)
