"One of my colleagues mentioned a girl named Fa Xue Lin. She is in our police record. I was wondering if you are the same girl," Police Chief Lu Ming disclosed. 

His sharp eyes were staring at her as if he was going to read whatever came to her mind.

Ge Chen was startled by Police Chief Lu Ming's words. 

'I didn't get any report on Lin being in the police record. Did my men miss something?' he wondered.

Xue Lin slightly frowned at Police Chief Lu Ming's comment. "If you are curious, why don't you check my background?"

Police Chief Lu Ming realized that she didn't like his question but he didn't care.

He inquired, "Do you know Inspector Han?"

Xue Lin stayed composed. "I've met him a few times this year. Is it related to the girl you are looking for?"

Police Chief Lu Ming replied, "I believe so. Very few police officers knew about her incident. I would want to meet her again if I could."
