"The reason he suspected you was because he saw you coming out of the second floor storeroom. However, not for once, he saw you going to the second floor using the stairs. The question came to his mind – how did his master go to the second floor without using the stairs?"

Xue Lin paused and chuckled. "He is very loyal. Isn't it, brother Bojin. He lied to the police and after they all left, he secretly went to talk to you. And, you threatened him."
