章節 77: Predator
On a particular mountain in a mountain range just outside Kakao City, a group of six could be seen sitting together.
"These spies were in fact planning to meet up with another group of spies. Unfortunately, they seemed to have underestimated me." Eason spoke as if he was the leader.
-silence-
No one replied. By now, everyone got a rough idea about how every spy got killed by them. But there was one thing that had confused them. They were just waiting for Eason to speak about it.
"Ahem! That's right. You might be wondering why I didn't start doing this from the very beginning. I must be prepared. The people we're going to fight with contains 7 individuals. I'm using my own talent to boost my battle prowess. For that to happen I need to be calm and cold-hearted or else there will be huge side effects. That's the basic idea. Everyone, understood?"
Everyone nodded reluctantly. They have no choice as there were still enemies to fight with.
Eason was satisfied. "All right. I'll now send you the rough plan on how to fight with this group of people. It's a rough plan because I don't know much about them despite my miraculous talent... Did I praise my talent too much?"
-silence-
"Yes." Luckily, Anna responded or else it would have been a huge awkward situation.
"Anyway, just let me touch all of your foreheads and you'll understand the plan much quickly." Eason then looked at Anna.
Anna's eyes narrowed as she had already understood on why Eason was looking over at her. It's done so that she would become an example for others to do the same.
She stood up and stepped forward towards Eason. She then kneeled so that Eason could touch her forehead. Anna was very wary. She knew all the miraculous stuff that Eason could do or atleast that's what she thought so.
So, she was very wary as if she was afraid of Eason doing something tricky. She still didn't know that Eason was the one who had took away money from her account or else she would have never trusted Eason.
Eason touched the forehead of Anna. Anna had a shocked expression when Eason did that but recovered soon afterwards. Others noticed this change in expression. They got curious as to why would Anna have such a change in expression.
Anna then went back. Romia was next. But this time Romia didn't have kneel down as Eason stood up to do his thing.
Romia though didn't have a change in expression and went back soon after to sit normally. Next was Karim followed by Dalor and finally Sia. They all acted normally and went back to sit at their previous spots.
Eason grinned.
"So what's the plan? I was surprised when you told me that you would hypnotize them and deal with the garaerians by ourselves. So...what's the plan?" Anna asked sternly.
"Hehehe. They have a yellow grade avascian and 7 orange grade avascians. So, we got no choice. Now...about the plan. That's very simple." Eason then started to speak about his plan to Anna.

In another mountain of the mountain range nearby Kakao City, Dastar and his subordinates are eating surrounding a lit bonfire.
Suddenly, a huge water wave swarmed over everyone. Dastar and his followers got dumbfounded upon realizing this unprecedented crisis that had befallen upon them.
Everyone tried to escape as water wave crashed over everyone including Dastar.
"AAAHHH"
"HELP! HELP ME, DASTAR!"
"WHAT THE HELL?!?"
BOOM
Everyone seems to be drowned in this water wave flood attack.
SPLAT
But someone managed to get out of this monstrous water wave attack. It was none other than Dastar. He didn't stop though as he wanted to run away further. He had already realized that someone stronger than him had appeared.
'DAMN IT! I thought these gremorians will only take serious actions once we start killing non-avascians. The avascians in insecure cities are there just to observe. So there's no need for such strong avascians to observe what's going on in the city unless this is one of those exceptional cases.'
He couldn't help but curse his own damn luck for getting caught in this crisis. He then remembered the reason for why he has here.
'Damn you bastards? Have you sold me to them or what?!?' Unfortunately he didn't have time to think about it further as he saw someone obstructing his path.
He stopped as he sensed a dangerous predatory aura come out of this entity.
He was very scared. Even though he ran far away from the stronger entity, he knew that it was just a matter of time before that entity caught upto him. But now there's a huge obstacle in front of him.
"Well, well. I hope that you become an interesting sparring partner for me." The predator grinned as he tried to take action to move and attack Dastar. The predator was covered in black robe with a mask covering his face. The only clue that this predator was a gremorian is because of few strands of hair that the black robe didn't manage to hide. The few strands of hair were of the colour chartreuse.
'W-what did he say? Sparring partner? Don't tell me that this is the exceptional case for that entity to have come here. In other words, the reason that the strong entity haven't caught upto me is because of this gremorian in front of me.'
The ground under predator revealed cracks under the predator's immense strength. He then disappeared and appeared out of nowhere in front of Dastar.
Dastar was surprised but he wasn't a veteran for no reason. He unleashed a flame wall in front of him.
The predator kicked with his leg as it was lit in blue flames. The clash released an echo.
Unfortunately for Dastar, the opponent's attack was stronger.
Dastar stumbled backwards mid-air due to the backlash force released out of the clash between him and the predator.
