章節 49: Rias, the capital of Gremory Land
Two weeks later
VROOOM
A 2 wheeler bike was riding throughout gremory land. A man was sitting on it. He wore outlandish clothes which were coloured in black and blue. His cloth set were coloured mainly in black except for the outlining which were coloured in blue. He had a black coloured helmet on his head which had fully covered his face.
As he rode, he soon saw a towering city ahead of him . The city was so vast that he couldn't see the ends of the city even from this far away.
He rode into the road which led to the entrance of the city. He soon found an checkpoint. The guard at the checkpoint waved at him to stop. He couldn't ride off anyway since there seems to be something obstructing him from going further. It seems like it's an extension of the barrier placed over the city.
He slowed down and shown his official ID to the guard. The guard checked over his ID and there was a change jn his expression when he scanned it. He looked over at this man who had his face covered with the help of helmet.
"Take off your helmet" The guard spoke sternly. The man took off his helmet and smiled back at the guard .
The guard continued to speak, "It seems you ran away more than a month ago and appeared out of nowhere? I've contacted your guardian. I will need you to go with my friend to the city . Don't you dare to run away again, or else there will be some serious repercussions."
'Yeah, yeah. You must have thought I'm stupid right ? F*ck off!' Of course he would only say it inwardly.
"Haha, of course sir. I know I made some serious mistakes, but I would never dare to repeat them again."
The guard nodded even though he didn't completely believe this kid. "Good then. Rayan, you have already got the notification. Escort this kid, will you?" While he was speaking, he had already sent the information to get his fellow friend to escort this kid.
Rayan soon came into the view of this young man. Rayan then looked over at this kid.
"The request's rating is very high, hah? You're Eason Elaine, right? You don't know how much you had your dear sister worried. Well, it doesn't matter. I'll escort you back. Have your bike placed here. It will brought over to you later on. Follow me."
That's right, this man was none other than our main character, Eason Elaine
'This guy, Rayan is a blue grade avascian, hah? The other one is of yellow grade.It doesn't matter.' Eason then went over to have his bike slowly convert itself into his cape.
Rayan was about to walk over when he sensed that kid wasn't doing like what he had told the kid. He looked back and saw that this kid has already got off the bike . But what he did next was have his bike transform. This didn't surprise him as this was a common thing in the city. He then saw the bike slowly turn into a black coloured robe which Eason then wore on himself.
Rayan then thought to himself, 'The bike is very expensive considering it turned into a robe. But why was the speed of transformation very slow? Nevermind.' He then walked away followed by Eason .
It didn't take long before both of them walked over to a vehicle that was levitating . It's basic design is similar to that of his vehicle except that it didn't have two wheels.
Technically speaking, his vehicle was more efficient while travelling only through ground, it can't fly. Vehicles focusing on levitation can fly smoothly. But when you compare it with his kind of vehicle, it's slower because his vehicle takes advantage of friction with ground to accelerate faster. That's the basic idea.
They both got on the ride and flew towards the entrance.
'Hey, why was only your ID scanned, what about yourself?' Gianna asked
'Oh, that? The barrier has done that job. Scanning over the ID card is just for official records for the guards. Atleast that's what I was told by my sister .'
'Oh, I see'
Soon, they reached the entrance. The guard standing guard knew that they were coming over, thus there was no obstruction.
As soon as they entered the capital of gremory land, he definitely felt the change. He had finally returned to civilization. The ride didn't stop as it travelled further on. Eason witnessed everything as they flew past various structures.
He then saw pathways for levitating vehicles to travel throughout the city. He was truly marvelled at the beauty of city. The city felt much more prosperous compared to Sciana City. Now that he thought about it, Sciana City was a city for people to have fun living in it. Not an all rounder city like Rias.
They then arrived before a vast area within which contained various structures. Easin felt huge avasci signs in this structure. An individual besides one such structure waved towards them, Rayan waved back. Rayan then rode off to the structure. The individual then checked their identities. Eason was wary but he felt like, this was more like a teleportation formation. This structure had four towers as pillars of the formation. They then both rode off to the centre of the structure.
Suddenly the structure activated, violet sparkles appeared here and there. Eason then found out he felt dizzy. Suddenly the surroundings changed. Eason still felt dizzy yet he looked around and saw that they were inside a structure similar to before. There were other structures besides them but Easin ignored it.
As of now, he knew that since the city was so vast, there were various teleportation facilities in the city to help people teleport to different parts of city.
Right now, he found himself in a luxurious street. Rayan then rode off the structure. The guard had just verified their identities and let them go. Rayan and Eason soon rode off.
Few minutes later they arrived in front of a huge mansion. Eason then found a very familiar woman standing in front of the entrance of this mansion.
Eason sighed as soon as he saw her, who was none other than his sister Lynette Elaine.
