"He's moving, go get the doctor!"
I heard my uncle shouting. From what I assumed, voices were coming from the outside, but it was quite mazing. If I live all the way near the military camps and uncle lives in the center of the village, then how did we meet and where?
I kept interrogating myself, seeing if I remembered anything and how this all connects. The last location I was at when everything blacked out was at the strange forest.
Oh no my team must've been hungry, I couldn't provide the food for them and it was my responsibility! Would I be expelled?! Will they hurt me like other times?
A gentle feeling of someone touching me was abruptly acknowledged. It starts to progress, a gentle feeling went to a bothersome sensation, as if someone was shaking me.
The voices kept telling me to wake up, uncle kept telling me to wake up. I want to, but the only problem is I don't know how to.
A simple finger moving is all I need, think think think think. I kept thinking and trying to move my finger to assure them I was still alive.
I can't be buried, not yet, not without seeing my family nor fulfilling my promise to Gora. Crying, I heard crying, it was Gora.
"No, not just yet!" "I must see him, please!" As her sobbing continues she then stops in shock after hearing the conversation uncle just had with the doctor.
"His soul is else where rather than in his body, wouldn't you agree 3 months of sleep is suspicious. I've only had Lilliputian situations that rarely occur like this and the patient occasionally never woke." The doctor exclaimed in fear for my life.
Uncle responded immediately. "What is your point exactly doctor? To let his soul be taken?". "You're in a truly sorrowful situation."
"I'm afraid the only option is to let go, Navia Ruras has impaired his head in the most deadliest manner!" They both kept talking each time one stopped. "Doctor, do you know why I summoned you out of all the doctors in this village?"
"Because you are the best, you should give me advice that will save this dear boys life, not reasons why he won't make it."
Without my realization a week had just passed since the conversation uncle had with the doctor, and ever since I haven't moved, not even an inch.
They stopped coming, or so I thought. Was I not able to hear them speak?, but I could clearly hear the rain dropping and the birds singing. Those were the only sounds I heard that aided my ignorance of time, I had kept track of time.
The birds would sing around morning, the rain would always hit harder in the afternoon, and the grasshoppers never slept.
It seemed that I had lost hope in both living and having an actual life, the clarity of my existence was more than enough to call me alive but I wasn't living, I neither woke up in the morning nor slept at night.
All I saw was black not even the sky, I'd sometimes wonder if the sky changed and how it might look like.
Pain, I was feeling pain. It had been long since I felt that, it started to flow through out my body, down to my legs. My fingertips kept brushing against the sheets, It all felt as if i was ready to walk again, but of course I always have my doubts so it wasn't official.
It was a little brighter than usual too. It all felt strange, each day my senses would have awoken, my sense of hearing, touch, and what I'm hoping soon to be sight.
My eyelashes flutter and my eyes gently lift to open, but it was way too bright I couldn't open them, but this was my only chance of living again.
