章節 248: Being a human is really hard

Callum felt something off and slowly opened his eyes.

He thought it was his man that arrived with what he requested for, which was why he laid still, even when the sound of the opening made its way to his ears.

But that wasn't what awaits him when he looked towards the direction of the entrance.

He saw a group of men that were staring at him like a pack of hungry beasts that were bound from moving.

That bound that's keeping them from devouring him was Leo's order. 

Some of them, who are Leo's men to be specific, looked so red with anger as they glared at him.

He believes only one word from Leo and they will kill him.

Instead of panicking, or showing a reaction that was befitting for someone that just got caught in this situation, he looked calm and even scoffed.

He realized that he lost again. 

Despite everything, he loose again.
