"What happened?" Baek Joon Woo scrutinises my face with fear in his eyes. "When I came here, you weren't here."

"It's a long story." I glance at Maisie, who is signalling me to run away. Maisie doesn't know about the strange things that I have been seeing. "I will tell you some other time."

My mother is watching me silently. She and I need to talk. I smile at Baek Joon Woo. "Don't worry. You and Maisie should go back home. I will go home with my mother."

Baek Joon Woo seems to realise that my mother is also here. He releases my arms and greets my mother politely, "Mrs Solomon, please don't be hard on her. I will take responsibility for her and our child. Please trust me."

My mother doesn't answer him. She grabs my hand and drags me away from Maisie and Joon Woo. 

On the way, we remain silent. I glance at the crescent moon. Why did she ask me to follow the moon? It sounds like a fairytale.
