Being pressured by the four of their gaze's, Fugaku lowered his head and spoke through his teeth. "It was my fault..." Everyone's gazes narrowed on Fugaku as Hiruzen questioned him. "What do you mean it's your fault?" Clenching his fist, Fugaku began to explain. "I lied to him, it's my fault the village was put in danger."
Danzo's gaze turned cold when he looked at Fugaku before speaking. "So that means there are Mangekyou Sharingan users within the Uchiha Clan? Do you understand the gravity of the situation you put the village into? Because of you, we were caught off guard when they attacked and also because of you we were left unaware and defenceless!"
Just like that, Shen's constant prodding had turned all of Danzo's suspicion onto him instead. "Can you atleast tell us why you lied to him, Fugaku? If the reason is fair then-" Hiriuzen was cut off by Danzo who slammed his hand onto the table. "Fair? His actions could have put the village at risk if not for our fast response. He should take responsibility for his actions."
The other two elders nodded in agreement with Danzo putting Fugaku and the Uchiha Clan in a bad situation. But then Fugaku's unexpected 'saving' grace arrived. "I think that the punishment given to Fugaku should be light. His job as Clan Leader means he must focus on protecting his Clan and its assets first despite their allegiance to the Village."
Hearing Shen of all the people in that room stand up for him, everyone was surprised. "I do agree with you; however, a punishment is mandatory for this type of action." Agreeing with Shen Hiruzen's soft attitude towards people, he made him the easiest to influence. Nodding with Hiruzen Shen continued.
"I think our main focus should instead be on protecting the Uchia Clan or to be more precise your clansmen that do have the Mangekyou. Our best plan of action now would be you gathering all Mangekyou Sharingan users within the clan and putting them in a secure location away from the Populus. Along with that, we can use that situation to deal with the Kariudo in the area once and for all."
Hearing Shen recommend a plan the elders asked for him to explain further. "I recommend we gather the strongest ninja available that are currently in the village and station them around a secure location where the general public won't be put at risk. Once that happens when the Kariudo does arrive we will be ready for them and in waiting."
Smiling and then placing his hand on his chin, Shen's gaze turned to Fugaku. "In one fell swoop, we can get rid of our problem and protect your clansmen. Of course, it's still up to you to greenlight the plan if you are the Clan Leader. And alongside that, you would have to tell us exactly who in the Uchiha Clan has the Mangekyou Sharingan."
Shen proceeded to give Fugaku the fake option of choice. In this situation, him saying no would only make the elder's more suspicious of him and lower the trust in the Uchiha Clan. However, by him defending Fugaku and proposing the plan, Shen's reliability would only go up in this situation.
Thinking for a moment, Fugaku looked around the table and then at Shen coming to a resolution. "Very well after that kind of incident, it's only right. We will assist in any way we can." Hearing that Shen's plan had worked. He would know the exact location of where the users of the Mangekyou Sharingan are and who they are.
Along with that the XP he would get from them and some of the village's strongest ninja being there would be a perfect bonus. "Then, I should begin preparations.
I appreciate your assistance. I think we speak for everyone here that your assistance is appreciated. We were too quick to accuse you." Acting humble Shen shook his head.
"Of course, for now, let us just focus on the task ahead. I'll make sure I'm here to help in this operation and make sure everything goes off without a hitch." While everything in the Naruto Universe was going well, that didn't mean there weren't issues else were. Without Shen being aware back in the Bleach Universe issues were beginning to brew.
Back within the Bleach Universe, there was a large room with a table in the centre and chairs surrounding that table. The room has the structure of a dome having two large doors on each side and one much larger door in the centre. Second's later, the two large doors automatically opened themselves, allowing a flow of people to enter.
Without uttering a word, all of these people took their seats barely interacting with one another. Waiting there for a couple of minutes, the centre door in the room opened as everyone turned and watched as someone walked through those doors.
Sitting in the chair placed evenly between the rest the doors of the room slowly closed, and the lights turned on, revealing everyone's appearance.
"Let us commence the monthly meeting then shall we?" The person sitting in the chair was someone Shen had placed in charge. Just by looking at her reddish-orange hair, it was obvious that the person was Orihime; however, her appearance had changed substantially. She had grown and looked a lot more mature along with her soft personality had all been replaced with one that was sterner.
Looking down at the table in front of her, she began looking through the different reports from each person here. These people were the president's, government officials and people of relative power across the world. Every month they would gather to update the status of the world.
Seeing no one was speaking, the current prime minister of Japan spoke first. "Lady Orihime, as you are aware, we are currently facing a bit of a crisis. It has been years since Lord Shen was last seen and the number of people joining the rebel group Crescent Rise has grown. More and more people around the world are unlocking new spiritual abilities and controlling the Populus is getting quite difficult even with the Void Warriors you had dispatched."
Not reacting to the news in any significant way Orihime continued looking through the reports before speaking. "The Crescent Rise is nothing but a bunch of terrorists, not a rebel group. When Master Shen took control of all of your countries, everything was put under his rule. Anyone or group that refutes that is just terrorist."
Being corrected, the prime minister swallowed heavily. "Yes of course… However the issue still remains." Tapping her finger's on the desk, she replied to the prime minister. "As far as I'm aware our own recruitments of new spiritual users should have allowed us to keep them suppressed permanently. So what exactly went wrong?"
Hearing that the prime minister went quiet and directed everyone's attention to the person next to him. That person was the current president of the United States. "We have been working alongside the prime minister of Japan to try and understand what exactly went wrong. From what we can tell, there seems to be a country backing the group giving them more resources despite our efforts to suppress them."
Hearing that Orihime's constant tapping stopped. "So we have a traitor amongst us?" It was a severe notion that some country is helping the main rebel group. Shen had made it very clear that any country that didn't submit would be destroyed, meaning whoever was helping them risked destruction.
"I was hoping we had moved past this type of idiocy, but It seems I was wrong." Glancing at everyone in the room Orihime made a decision. "I want the country behind this found by our next meeting. I don't think I need to state this, but this type of betrayal will not be tolerated. When the country is found, the one behind this will be executed on the spot."
Making her announcement clear cut everyone in the room couldn't help but glance at one another. "As for dealing with the group in itself, we will send another five thousand Void Warrior's to Japan in a week along with more of our own personal force. I want to see better results at the next meeting. Am I understood as the prime minister?" Tilting her head as she looked at Japan's prime minister, he nodded firmly.
"Now then focusing on the members of the group is there anyone of note?" Hearing of her another country whose role was to watch the inflow of members joining Crescent Rise spoke. "Yes, actually. Alongside the current leaders, you are well aware of known as Ichigo Kurosaki and Shinji Hirako, someone else has been raising their ranks named Muro Tutsi."
Hearing a new name Orihime finally gave some kind of significant reaction. "Very well then I want more information on him and his abilities by our next meeting." Listening to Orihime that person quickly agreed. "Yes of course though we do all have a question we have been meaning to ask…"
Speaking in a nervous tone, the man spoke using his most respectful voice. "We are aware Lord Shen is very busy; however would not be possible to have him deal with this group? With them gone, we could all-" Before the man could finish speaking a swift wind cutting sound wooshed by him.
Before his facial expressions had a chance to change the man's head fell off his body before collapsing to the ground. Immediately everyone in the room flinched trying to avoid eye contact with the body on the floor. "Let me make this clear the only reason Lord Shen keeps you all around to run your countries is so he doesn't have to do it himself. If he was going to solve every issue for you, then all of you wouldn't be required, do I make myself clear?"
Immediately everyone nodded with the clear distinction that they understood. "Alright then get someone to clean up that mess and let us move on to the next topic of discussion." In a few hours, the meeting finally came to an end, and everyone began to leave. Exiting through the door which she came in from she was greeted by someone she had gotten to know quite well.
Bowing her head politely, she spoke with a smile. "Urahara it's been quite a long time. I did appreciate your help there." Walking up to Orihime, Urahara replied to her. "Of course I did find everything you were all talking about very interesting." The two of them began to walk as they spoke.
"It seems things are getting more and more chaotic without Master Shen here to manage things." Urahara thought to himself as he agreed with her. "Indeed though I'm sure he has seen this coming. He had taken both Rukia and Midoriya with him so no matter what happens here, he can surely deal with it on his return."
Eventually, the two of them came to a stop as Orihime spoke. "In any case, I have work to attend to so I will sadly have to bid you farewell." Nodding his head, Urahara watched as Orihime walked away before mentioning something. "Oh, and I have found something quite interesting as of late please stop by my lab when you get the chance."
