After the drunkard left Cu slumped back feeling really tired as he didn't expect the man that he brought to literally shit and piss himself!
but after getting the information that he was after it was understandable now as a misunderstanding was happening to be mistaken for a monster king and it would've been even worse if he had shown that he can create more monsters!
this world was the kind where monsters are summoned either as a weapon or something to toy with as long as the person had enough mana and were at the correct location one could summon a certain kind of monster unique to that specific location!
it was said that more to the east was a good place for powerful monsters as a group was slowly gaining power and the monsters that they used were similar to demons interested in this concept of how monsters were being used he compressed his large body again and headed out.
with his current physical ability from the center of the continent, it took him a mere few hours to reach his destination which would've taken even the strongest summonable monster a few months even at full speed and without any breaks!
this was his current power!
meaning that he already reached way passed the limits of what this world could create naturally!
but he was here to relax and sit back not for more blood and destruction so after he summons the three monsters he will head back into hiding into the large forest that was at the very center of the continent to be unhindered by anyone and to remain undisturbed as he learns more about the mana of this world! (A/N if it were only that easy!)
The various sights he came across would've been enjoyable if it weren't for the constant scene of men and women displaying their 'hobbies' out in the open it was disgusting!
The summoning area was a small cavern that wasn't too deep yet the number of corpses showed that there was a fight recently here probably trying to calm it but that mattered little to Cu as he was just here to get his summons and leave so he sacrificed their bodies then continued, the cavern was dark, as moss covered the ceiling, the smell of stale air filled the area as blood intermixed with it, the trip was short for him before he happened to find another dead person that died from blood loss the person was reaching out to the magic circle before he died.
so like the others, he sacrificed the body other to receive the person's knowledge and a small bonus the growing empire and kingdom had a scuffle for more mana and more possible monsters Cu released a sigh as the actions for power and wealth they made seemed stupid since 'one can't enjoy such luxuries if you are dead' so while shaking his head he stepped into the magic circle to finish what he came here for!
Upon stepping into the circle the mana of the area reacted to him in a bizarre manner as if it was welcoming him?
like a cozy home that he hasn't been to in a long time!
but that barely fazed him as his priorities weren't of this area and as he traveled through the area there was a lot of fighting something that he'd rather not be a part of!
the first monster that popped out was a blue-haired Horned wolf that simply sat there panting like a puppy with its tongue hanging off to the side with a hairy tail wagging about as its golden eyes simply looked at him waiting for the contract's effects to happen.
Golden eyes were a sign of a monster were unhindered by shackles of mana and they are more powerful compared to others of their kind so he was lucky this time around.
Cu lips curled to one side despite being a wolf-headed knight as it was pretty cute so he approached the wolf then pat it on the head which it closed its eyes to enjoy the feeling of this tenderness as the experiences of the monster were shared to him it turns out there was always a limit of monsters that could exist in the continent and like a certain endless war for a grail they never truly die!
it was more of being recycled with their memories intact after being summoned since their summoners always released them after using them for whatever they were called for, the wolf had long lost count of how many times it was summoned for the war then killed and there were some times when it was called for some sick hobbies!
Generally, monsters don't have a gender, however, it can be altered ever since a summoner who was desperate for a companion in bed and the very first monster that was altered was the very fellow that was currently sitting down being petted by Cu.
the additional races were due to a single summoner's sick hobby in trying to make a new race and his fetish in 'seeding' them and after he died another summoner had come across his research and repeated the process until it spread to become 'common knowledge'. that would explain the situation of the hobgoblin from before and the numerous other atrocities that Cu witnessed on his way here!
so he'll summon his next two monsters and be done with this place!
the horned wolf was named Misha before it transformed into a wisp of mana and dove into Its summoner's chest then formed a tattoo of a curled wolf at the area in entered that was the size of a man's fist
the next one he called forth was a floating fish that looked at him intently before it swam through the air and rubbed against his hand in acknowledgment it was another monster that was abused constantly used as fodder for other monsters it was never able to reach the pinnacle of its growth just like Misha.
while it lacked the golden eyes its growth potential was promising.
Cu cocked an eyebrow before naming the monster as Undine since it majored in water and the memories hinted that it would be a force to reckoned with should it reach even halfway to the peak of its power, it too changed into a wisp of mana then flew toward his left shoulder creating a tattoo that looked like an orb of water with something in the center that was hard to distinguish.
Cu caressed the area of the tattoo in wonder before calling forth the last monster he was after, one of the infamous 'demons' the process was different this time around as the required amount to call one of them was more than double as the area ate away at the magic that he poured in and the very monster that came out was unique compared to the rest as it was fueled by his foreign magic!
as a winged beautiful teenaged looking girl appeared with a cold gaze coming from her golden eyes, with reddish-brown hair that floated about failing to cover the 2 pairs of horns one curled upward as the other extended out in an angle, wearing a brown dress that covered her assets that had a good portion to them, her wings flapped as she was maintaining her position, her two hooves looked ready to kick him, and her whip-like tail flicked at the ground nearby in a threatening manner!
before her voice that sounded like numerous voices overlapping one another asked him a simple question that had several hidden meanings.
