"Hello, hello… can you guys hear me? Xiaoruo, are you there? If you can hear me, then please don't kill her. I heard gunshots. Please don't kill her yet….." The voice said.

Hearing that voice, Su Yanruo was stunned for a moment. She was so familiar with this voice. It was her sister, Xia Ming's voice. Turning her head all around the room, she looked for its source of direction, but she saw nothing. There was no spare room, no extra door from where the voice could be coming from.

"Xia Ming….. Xia Ming," she called out, "Can you hear me?" she asked.

Su Yanruo waited for her voice again. But after a while when she got no answer, Su Yanruo frowned and glared at Qin Juran who was wiping the blood on the corner of her mouth with her head held down. Su Yanruo glanced at her with a frown and lifted her chin with her gun. "Where is she?" she persistently asked.

Qin Juran blinked her eyes. "She can't hear you," she said instead of answering Su Yanruo's question.
