"Zaki!!" Yu Chen called out as he ran through his front door – or whatever was left of it.

Hearing a grunt coming from further in, Yu Chen quickly headed over. He soon found Zaki slouching and leaning on what seemed to be the leftover of the wall dividing the living area and kitchen.

The man had a bloody wound on his head and also his shirt was all wet with blood. But he was grinning at him and even managed a mock salute. Yu Chen did not know how bad the extent of his wounds were but was glad to see him still alive and kicking.

"You look like something the cat dragged in." In his relief, Yu Chen mocked Zaki who was never unkempt – ever.
