"And regarding your next question, you're misunderstanding something. We don't inherit our abilities like you guys. Not through blood nor through some ritual." Kisuke added.
It comes down to the difference in physiology between the Soul race and the Etouldes. In the first place, the Soul race doesn't have any unique abilities they are born with unlike the Etouldes and are only capable of manipulating Spiritual Power through systematic means like Kidou.
If there's something close to Etouldes' inheritable ability, it would be the Hollows and Quincies' inherited and innate techniques and abilities.
"It's an ability that was spawned from... well, circumstances."
Although Kisuke was being deliberately vague, Corvina was still able to figure out what he was talking about, "...That sword, huh... This is getting weirder and weirder."
"From my point of view, you guys are the weird ones. Every soul is different so how come you can inherit your innate abilities and be wildly different from clan to clan? Where did it all start? And my biggest question is, how can you guys transfer these abilities to others? Even considering that you have to find a compatible person, it's still a nonsensical thing for me."
Naturally, Corvina didn't have the answer for that nor was she obligated to give him one.
She and Adrenna wanted to arrange their thoughts and gather more information from Draconic Deus because it's only now that they are realizing how little they know of Kisuke's quiet group compared to others vying for supremacy.
'Perhaps it's still too early. The situation within the Draconic Deus is explosive with fire all around it but I can't risk them meeting like this.' If it was any other person from the Draconic Deus, Corvina would have already led them to the Holy Mother, however, Kisuke was someone who could manipulate Spiritual Power in unknown ways and he was a genuine threat to every Etouldes out there. The Holy Mother may be untouchable, but she doesn't know what he could do to her. Corvina wanted to end it here, for now.
Kisuke noticed the change in her demeanor and guessed that this was it for his trip. Since he wanted to know her exact stance in all of this, Kisuke told her a few things more than necessary and that backfired on him, 'So it's really wait and see for me, huh? I feel bad for them, but as long as I can't pull the puppetmaster out of the backstage.'
Kisuke doesn't have any real incentive to participate in a war that those who started it won't even make their appearance, 'It's a shame but I would have to convince Sona and the others to back out. And I would have to negotiate with Kyouraku-san too to let us stay in the Special Region... Haahhh... Too much work.'
But just as Corvina was about to relay her intention, a fourth voice resounded throughout the whole room, [That won't be necessary, Corvina.]
Kisuke's eyes narrowed and hurriedly scanned the surroundings without hiding what he was doing. But even after an extensive search, he found nothing, 'The voice actually came from our heads... Is it a communication device and the one on the other side watching all of this?'
But contrary to Kisuke's expectation, Corvina was also shocked and instantly stood up from her seat, "Master!?"
Adrenna, on the other hand, immediately lowered her head and made herself look as small as possible.
'Master?' Kisuke asked himself while still trying to trace the source of the voice.
The voice, however, ignored Corvina and directly addressed Kisuke, [This is the first time we would be talking, Kisuke Urahara. I'm Chimune Chipaoti. The one they call the Holy Mother.]
Kisuke's eyes went wide open and also stood up as he scanned his surroundings with further fervor.
[And before we start the next part of this conversation, I'd like to let you know that I'm watching through my disciple's senses.]
'Disciple's senses? I couldn't even sense that someone else was looking at me. Is it because it's Corvina who's observing me?' Kisuke turned to look back at Corvina but even after a whole minute of silently and rudely staring at her, he couldn't figure out anything, 'She also went silent, so this voice was probably talking inside her head. What do you think, Tiamat?'
[I also can't see any sort of fluctuation from her.]
Although it's just a single minute, the silence is making Adrenna very nervous, and thought that it would never end until the one who introduced herself as the Holy Mother to Kisuke added with a seemingly amused tone, [You still don't get it?]
"...Get what?" Kisuke muttered. A certain possibility crossed Kisuke's mind and he started getting nervous too, 'Fuck me... Please don't be like that.'
[Then I'll give you another clue. I consider everyone who received my blessing as my disciple.]
"Fuck me!" This time, Kisuke exclaimed out loud, "You're not trying to say you blessed Issei Hyoudou too, right?"
[But that's exactly what I did back then?]
"..." Kisuke could only be silent and even though he tried smiling, he couldn't control his mouth from twitching. Right now, he's having the same feeling and experience as when he first met Seraselbes, 'Don't these Transcendents have anything else better to do other than just coming out of nowhere like this!?'
[If she's reminding you like this, then she's probably aware of what's inside of your treasure box.]
'Don't say it... And here I thought I had the upper hand.' Kisuke's back was sweating profusely but he was doing her best not to show that in his expression, 'There's no way I can leave now, can I?'
Kisuke sighed and sat down, "I apologize if I'm being rude. I didn't have enough time to learn your etiquette."
[That's alright. I don't mind.] Chimune replied while Corvina also nervously sat back down, [You're someone who's capable of dictating the fate of many worlds so it should be me who's trying to earn that respect.]
Kisuke smiled wryly, "You're too humble... That I actually feel uncomfortable."
"Excuse me, master. But what do you mean that he's someone who's capable of dictating the fate of many worlds?" Corvina couldn't hold her curiosity back and interrupted to ask.
[Hmmm... There's really no easy way to answer that, but in simpler terms, the man in front of you is fully capable of destroying your clan and the worlds you occupy even if you prepare for it if he becomes serious. Quite easily in fact if he turns into a terrifying monster.]
" "!?" " Corvina and Adrenna couldn't believe what Chimune said and wanted to refute it immediately.
But before they could say anything, they heard another sigh from Kisuke, "You even saw that? Just so you know, that form is a product of special circumstances that I doubt would repeat."
[We have a nasty serial peeping tom in our hands it seems.] Tiamat muttered inside Kisuke's head.
'Don't ever come out and say that out loud. You hear me?'
[Are you sure? It's going to be an amusing reaction for you.]
'...'
[You hesitated.]
'Shut up.'

28th00: Gah, another spymaster type! It’s amusing seeing the other two immediately get told by their boss “No, you really don’t wanna fuck with him. When he has nothing to lose, we’re gonna lose most of our clans and worlds to him alone. Seriously, do not do anything.” completely seriously.
Goyya: They are having some funny ideas so the boss gotta reign them in.
"So what can I do for you, Holy Mother? I doubt you revealed your presence because you just wanted a chat." Kisuke gave up trying to guess her intentions and completely ignored the other two, 'Looks like they won't be doing anything anyway.'
[That's incorrect. It is you who needs something from me. This one might make more mistakes so I'm just making it easier for the both of us.]
Corvina flinched. Although she doesn't know what sort of grievous mistake she made, it is apparent for her that the Holy Mother is talking about her.
Kisuke was silent for a while to think of his response. It was a few minutes of uncomfortable silence, but Kisuke ultimately agreed to make it easier for both of them, "I just want to know what your stance regarding your husband's actions on Draconic Deus... And what you're going to do when... You know... I 'accidentally' kill him because he's meddling too much." Kisuke couldn't help but leak a bit of his very dense bloodlust towards the end of his sentence. He wanted to confirm if there's some truth to Seraselbes' words that the Holy Mother and Holy Father don't get along, which is the sole reason why he's here in the first place.
Corvina and Adrenna wanted to speak out, but with the Holy Mother in their presence, they couldn't have their turn yet. And even if they could, they have this strange feeling that the man in front of them is, by some miracle, capable of toppling one of the pillar Gods that existed since the inception of the Evie Etoulde world and have no words to deny it, not after the Holy Mother claimed that he can destroy the Luxuex clan with relative ease.
There was another minute of silence but this time, it was not uncomfortable, but dreadful. Corvina and Adrenna looked at Kisuke with complete hostility but the latter just continued ignoring them since whatever the Holy Mother decided to do, Kisuke knew they had no say in it.
[Accidentally kill, huh? That's a threat that I can't easily let go of... But if it's just sealing him for a bit, I think we can discuss it.] Contrary to Kisuke's tone earlier, Chimune's tone became jovial at the end of her sentence.
This didn't just shock Corvina and Adrenna but also Kisuke. Although it wasn't a straight answer, it was still far different from what he was expecting, 'Seraselbes is actually right about them?'
"I know killing him is out of the question, but sealing him is fine? Are you two going through some marital issues?" Kisuke jokingly asked, but wasn't really expecting an answer because he was trying to buy some time to arrange his thoughts and maybe could indeed get Chimune's cooperation regarding certain things.
[You're misunderstanding something, Kisuke Urahara. We, the Pillar Gods, don't have the same relationship dynamics as you mortals have. We only use labels for the sake of simplicity. Although Melvazoa, Regalzeva, and Seraselbes call themselves siblings, and Resetoras and I called the Holy Father and Mother, it doesn't hold the same meaning as you're thinking.]
"...In other words?"
[Hmmm... Partners, colleagues. It's much more complicated than that, but those are probably more accurate depictions of our relationships. However, those don't do good when you're trying to run a whole civilization where 'blood' and 'lineage' was given the utmost importance.]
Kisuke was still trying to understand her words when Tiamat talked to him, [That's probably true as the same could be said to my sister and me. Even though we were born at the same time and in the same place, that technically is just us randomly spawning out of nothing, a mere coincidence.]
'The mysteries of the universe... or multiverse, I guess?' Kisuke thought to himself.
"I think you know that we're already running out of time so I won't ask why you're agreeing with this, but should we discuss how we'll stop and seal him?"
[That's true... But we'll do that another time. It's time for you to leave now.]
Kisuke was confused, "You understand that yet you want me to leave now? When is this another time?" They were really out of time so why postpone it? Although he's prepared for some delay, he was already expecting something concrete when he successfully told the Holy Mother, 'Did I misunderstand her intentions?'
[You'll know. And don't worry. It'll be sooner than you think.]
Kisuke stared into Corvina's eyes for a few moments before letting out a defeated breath, "Fine. I'm going to be very busy moving forward so when the time comes, I hope it's convenient for all of us." He stood up and used his [Shadow] to find out the way out. Since the barrier surrounding this facility had been taken down, it was easy for Kisuke to find a path.
A few seconds later, he melded with the Shadow and disappeared, leaving behind the two people and one 'ghost'.
"M-master, what do you intend to do?"
[Corvina, I trust you... And this war has gone on for far too long.]
After leaving those perplexing words, Corvina could feel her master's consciousness disappear.
.
.
.
[What are you going to do next?]
'Prepare to retreat. Although I threatened her to kill the Holy Father, I won't be able to do that if I can't even meet him. I was hoping that this Holy Mother would be able to pull him out, but I guess that's out of the question as of now.'
[You don't trust that she'll discuss it with you in time?]
'It's not about trust. There's just no way I won't do something when waiting for something I'm not sure would even come.'
But just as he got out of one of the many gates he had to go through to go home, another familiar voice resounded in his head, [Should we discuss it now, Kisuke Urahara?]
Understandably, Kisuke instantly froze on his spot and in panic, hurriedly scanned his surroundings and himself, "W-what!? How?"
The voice didn't give any regard to his panicked state and just continued with her jovial voice, [I told you, it'll be sooner than you think.]
[Let's go back and eliminate Corvina] Tiamat immediately suggested.
'Good call. Stralit won't be able to forgive me, but we have to cut this connection... A peeping tom's connection.' Kisuke turned around intending to go through the gate that he just came out of.
Seeing his actions, the voice asked, [You're going back? Why?]
Kisuke stopped for a few seconds before thinking, 'Looks like she can't hear us.'
[How would you rate my rapid response?] Tiamat asked, proud of herself.
Kisuke didn't think that Tiamat would be fishing out compliments this time but he gave her what she wanted, 'It was great. Although we're still not sure if she couldn't really hear us or she's just pretending to be unaware.'
[It's true that she can pretend to not notice us discussing killing her precious disciple, but I can assure you she can't.]
'On what grounds?'
[She's using Prima Materia to attach her consciousness to you. I would have noticed it if she were to directly attach that to your soul or consciousness like I did with the Soul King's remnant.]

28th00: Ah, she has no idea how close she came to losing many very important people and worlds from fucking around, does she? She was about to find the fuck out!
Goyya: It’s funny because this is exactly what I was thinking when I was writing this part.
