章節 117: Chapter 117: Applying for the team
PHYSICAL education Office.
Leo blew out his cheeks before knocking on the door. After knocking for three times, a man voice in the room spoke 'come in.'
And so he did, then closed the door behind him.
"Good Morning Sir," he greeted snappily.
The office was neat, a few trophies on the glass shelves showed how many times had they won, even the medals hanging has made Leo rose a brow in disbelief.
"What is your business here boy? Do you not have a class?"
Leo walked closer to the desk. Sitting behind it was a middle-aged man wearing a basketball uniform with the school logo and a tiger.
Few wrinkles in between his brows indicated that he liked frowning. His bushy hair was messed and oily making him wonder if he had even taken a shower.
"My name is Leo Su, Sir. I have just transferred here and I want to be on the team."
The man smiled but it was lifeless and looked so fake.
"What is the rich boy doing in this school?"
Leo's eyes widened in shock. How could he know that he was the real Leo Su?
He flashed an awkward smile, then scratched his hair, "you- you might have mistaken me from someone, sir. I am not a rich kid. My parents own a coffee shop and-"
He paused when the man raised his hand, gesturing him to stop.
"Alright, if you say so," the man got up and walked closer to him. His eyes were sizing him up like a scanner.
"Which team would you like to play? You have height, good looks. Do you want to be part of the volleyball team?"
Leo shook his head, " No, sir. Basketball. I want to be part of the basketball team."
The man nodded, he leaned on the table, one arm crossed over his chest while the other hand stroked his chin.
"Alright, tomorrow at 7am, meet me at the court. Show me what you got," then the man went back to his chair, "does anyone tell you that you looked so much like the rich Leo Su?"
Leo shook his head, his lips pursed tightly together.
"ok, boy. Everyone calls me coach. See you tomorrow and do not be late."
Leo nodded and left the office, still shocked and a little frightened. If one would find out their real identity, he was certain that they won't be able to have a normal life.
