Back to the shore right below the floating castle, Heero was sitting on it with the guy that just came out of the castle itself. They sat face to face, the other one was telling his story the other one was listening to the story.
"You are still alive?" The caveman looked so surprised and happy at the same time as he asked that toward Heero. The caveman was topless with only a leather pant covering his vital spot.
Heero was distracted, his body was here but not his mind. It could be seen from his expression. The caveman was too happy to notice as he just went on with his thoughts.
"You are so strong if you could survive the Eternal Ice," The caveman praised Heero for that, then he looked at the unfamiliar surroundings. He was confused because this place was supposed to be the dead land that surrounded the castle, but why was it a sea and a dense forest?
"Where are we, anyway?" The cavemen asked again to the distracted Heero.
This is the end of the 9th volume and also the end of the story. Not the ending though, we still have the last volume of the epilogue. But the main story is over.

Actually, the story should be a slow, slice of life story. But somehow I made it into almost a full action story. I also miss the timeline to put the story of the side characters such as Heero's disciples, like the growth of Xu Lingxun as he slowly avenged his family, the story of how Heero gets hooked into the internet, and such. This should be a lesson for me to stick more to my original storyline. Anyway, thank you for the company, guys! ^.^ Let's meet in my other story, Armipotent (if you are interested). Yeah, please check Armipotent, that should be my next project.
