Mia's POV:
So far so good. The meeting with the CEO's of the different courrier company was spectacular. I never expected that my invitation be attended by high ranking officials and were willing to accept challenges. I don't think highly of myself but I just could not contain my happiness of the outcome. I have to see dad and tell him personally how great is my day. "Today, in whatever circumstances, I am bound to get better. Why be Bitter if I can be Better." She said it aloud as she placed her open palm over her heart.
I hurriedly went to my dad's office who was busy and so engrossed reading a folder which I presume contains company reports. As soon as he felt my presence he immediately put down the folder and stood to congratulate me. I was so happy that I hugged him tightly.
"I heard that the CEOs were so impressed on how you handle the meeting and on how you presented your data leading them to more hopes and possibilities of prospering their businesses. I fully understand your flite and I am also impress on your scheme. That's my girl!" My father patted my head like a dog and still I love the gesture, as if I have tails to wag in gratefulness🤪😜😊😊.
"Come here Mia, I have something to show you." I went to his side as he opened the folder he was formerly holding. "Their contract is about to end. What do you think?"
