Alice opened the front door and let the special guests in. She directed them tothe the living room instead of the lounge.
"Please have a seat. Mum and Dad are having morning coffee with few friends, they will be home soon. Have you had breakfast yet ? do you want tea or coffee ?"
"We are fine, water will do" Kenichi said.
Mr Anderson engrossed with the pictures hanging on the wall. He nodded with amazement. Back home, He had many painting from famous painter but only had few family pictures. Now he realised that family pictures hanging on wall was much more precious than expensive painting.
Nick who was sprinting to his parents house with his second son, saw the pair father and son sitting inside. He Halted his steps and calmed his self before he entered.
"Good morning" He greeted.
"Eldest brother, good morning. This is my father" Kenichi stood up and shook hand with Nick.
"Hello" Nick then shook hand with Mr Anderson and introduced him self "I'm Nick, The eldest son in this family"
"Nice to meet you" Mr Anderson was stunned. He knew bit of pieces about the siblings but he never expected the boy was very impressive "Your son. How old is he"
"He turned one last month. His brother will turn three next month"
Austen appeared from no where and run to his father. He hugged his father leg while smiling at Kenichi "Uncle K, where is little aunty ?"
Kenichi smiled "Aunty is at home"
"Is she still sleeping ?" Austen asked innocently.
Kenichi laughed "She just woke up"
Nick rubbed his son head "Kenichi, when did you arrive ?"
"Yesterday"
"Any urgent matter ?"
"I just want to speak with mum and dad"
Nick twitched. how dare this boy addressed his parents that way.
Alice came with tray of glass of water and alsoa pot of hot steaming tea "Kenichi, we plan to visit you guys in four weeks time. I need to go back home, My half brother is getting married, after the wedding we are going to your place"
"Only two of you ? or with mum and dad"
"All of us. Every one are invited, Sasha and her husband is coming as well" Alice said.
"Do you want us to come as well ?"
"No need" Alan grinned. He just knocked Sean door and rushed there.
"We are invited because the bride is Sasha's best friend who she grew up together with us". Alan glanced at Sean who just arrived and pointed at him "And he is invited because he dated the bride before"
As soon as he was informed that Kenichi came with his father, Sean dashed to the main house. He asked his wife to follow suit. He smacked Alan head lightly "Shut up".
"How do you know ?" Alice was eager to dig deeper to the gossip.
"I don't even know about it. How dare you hide it from me ! When was it ?" Nick glared at Sean.
"Hey.. Bro. We have guests here" Sean did not want them to go further to avoid any war with his wife.
Nick wanted to slap his own face, how could he forgot. He saw his two sisters in law were already there as well "His is My brothers. Sean and Alan. these ladies here is their respective wife"
The siblings shook hand with Mr Anderson and introduced their wife. Mr Anderson smiled and spoke to Sean "I didn't have chance to meet you when you worked for us. I believe you did meet my brother back then. Thank you for you help"
Sean smiled "It's my job"
Hugh came and sat next to Austen "Uncle K, where is little aunty"
"She is at home and just woke up" Austen replied it.
"Lazy little aunty. I'm going to tell Nai nai" Hugh was unhappy. His mother always woke him up early in the morning and dragged him to day care or to his grandparents house.
The adult laughed. Kenichi and his father were amazed with how the kids react, they were very cute. However, the kids parents were very awkward.
Alice took Aldo from Nick and spoke to the Hugh and Austen"You two, play upstair"
The boys nodded and run. Austen just climbed two steps when he saw his grandparents came home "Nai Nai, Gong Gong" he climbed down and ran to hug his grandmother. Hugh also did the same, He run and hugged his grandfather.
"Nai nai, Uncle K is here" Austen said.
"But little aunty doesn't come. she just woke up. Lazy !" Hugh added
Mr ans Mra Feng smiled as they rubbed the kids hair gently.
Michelle and Alice rushed to their son side.
"Boys, play upstair" Michelle commanded.
"Can we play with Gong Gong ?"The boys pouted, they did not want to go.
"No. Uncle K ans his father want to talk to Gong gong and NaiNai" Michelle said firmly.
Mrs Feng kissed the boys cheek "Nai nai's little darlings play upstair, ok ?"
"Ok" They boys kissed their grandmothers back and went upstairs.
Alice signed, the boys obeyed to their grandparents more than their parents "Mum, dad. They are waiting for you"
Mr and Mrs Feng glanced at each other before went to the living room.
"Mum, dad" The siblings chorused. Kenichi stood up. He went to mrs Feng and kissed her cheek.
"why don't you tell me earlier ? if you came next week, you will miss us" Mrs Feng patted kenichi shoulder.
Kenichi smiled "I come with my father"
Mr and Mrs Feng then greeted Mr Anderson. They sat and had a little chit chat for few minutes.
"we're sorry that we didn't inform you earlier. I'm here to talk about the kids future" Mr Anderson cleared his throat and hinted Kenichi to continue.
The siblings were whispering to each others "I told so" Alan said.
"What will mum said ?" Sean was curious.
"I'm a bit worry. They're rich family" Nick said.
"Are you worry if mum and dad will not give their comcern or if they will bully our sister? " Sean asked. His brother statement were ambiguous.
"Both" Nick liked Kenichi as his brother in law.
Kenichi took a deep breath "Mum, dad. I've thought carefully about what you said few months ago. My answer is still the same" He knelled down "I need her because I love her. I'll do everything to make her happy. please bless us" He bowed.
"It's second time he bowed to our parents" Alice whispered to the ladies.
Michelle nodded "He is very sincere"
"Sean never did it" Jasmine said
"Alan neither"
"Same with mine" Alice said.
