Chang Ling was now feeling winded. She didn't know what was the basis on which those board members were being removed. Even if she wanted to read those papers that Feng Xinying's lawyer had put in front of her, she couldn't comprehend the reason as to why were those removed. "You cannot remove anyone from board!" Shouted Chang Ling. 

"Who said, I can't?" Replied Feng Xinying very calmly. "If the board members are not taking case of their fiduciary duties and are rather interested in gnawing the company from inside, it is better that they are removed." 

"What do mean Feng Xinying?" Said Chang Ling loudly.

"I mean what I say." Feng Xinying then looked at her secretary and nodded. She was holding a small recorder in her hand which she started playing on her cue. The conversation could be heard between Chang Ling and those five members about getting five percent shares in return of voting in favor of Chang Ling.
