章節 60: The Cave
Ginny- weren't you a little rude with that cloaked guy Rainy?
Rainy- maybe... but it gives me bad vibes. He... kinda acts like a Dark Percy, and he made me mad before on Gold Saucer.
Ron- you found him on Gold Saucer?
Rainy- I fought him on the final round on the Battle Square, and I won only because I pushed him off the ring. He was as strong as I am, and he has more magical power and experience... oh! And he broke my wand! That's what made me snap!
Ginny- he broke your wand!? how could he? That's so- so- that's one of the worst things someone can do to a wizard!
Rainy- actually it wasn't on purpose... it was a consequence of trying to blow me up with energy beams. So I'm not holding that against him... but I'm not going to be all friendly.
Ron- I would say that blow you up with energy beams sounds worse than losing your wand...
Rainy- but it was a battle! What kind of duel would that be if he had to control himself? I don't want my rivals to use less than the hundred percent, and lately it's pretty normal that my enemies threaten my life so...
Ron-... your life is not normal at all Rainy. But whatever...
Ginny- I enjoy being here talking and all that but... shouldn't we be paying attention to the map we bought?
Rainy- oh. Right. I... forgot.
Ron-.....
Ginny-.... then, we are... lost?
Rainy- no, no! Not lost. Just wandering?
Ron-...
Rainy- fine! Stop looking like that! I'll get us out of here. Let's see the map... I just need to find something unusual and search for it inside the map...
I went a little ahead oblivious to the conversation of Ron and Ginny
Ron- ugh... are you okay Ginny?
Ginny- Yes, Rainy will get us out of this mess. She's awesome, no?
Ron- yeah, but she's human too Ginny.
Ginny- I know that, but she's more reliable than others! And mom told us to listen to her!
Ron-... that's true... I don't want another howler... !! I know!! Rainy!!
Rainy- yes?
Ron- if you don't get us out of here mom will hear about it... and you know how she is when scolding... just saying...
Rainy-!! no, no! Who said we are lost? We are not lost! It's through... (Odin, help me. Do you know where we are on this map?)
Odin- (*sigh* you are on the second intersection on the top left of the map)
Rainy- (here?)
Odin- (yes.)
Rainy- (thanks) ... Here! It's through here! Let's go! Hehehe....
Ginny- why the sudden change?
Ron- she's afraid of scoldings...
Ginny- like, an actual fear?
Rainy- yes! They are horrible!
Ron- we found out last year, when mom sent me that Howler, remember?
Ginny- oh yeah, for the car!
Ron- yes, well, Rainy was paler than me at the end of the Howler haha.
Rainy- not funny! The next time you force your mother to send you a Howler you'll have to face me afterwards!
Ron- *glup* I understand...
Rainy- good... now... err...(Odin, where are we now?)
Odin- (*sigh* on the third intersection on the top right of the map.)
Rainy- (here?)
Odin- (... yes...)
Rainy- (thanks!) through here!
Eventually we got out of the cave, and reached what looked like the entrance to a swamp. When we passed through the swamp, I was especially cautious. It was weird the way Juny told us to be careful with the swamp. It made me be uneasy about it.
Ginny- Rainy, why are you so, worried...?
Rainy- it's not normal for Juny to make a warning so...plain? I don't know... it makes me feel like the worst thing on the journey lies here. And It's a journey were we fought endless needle kissers and other monsters on Mt. Corel. And the cave we just got out had it's own share of enemies so why the ''just be careful with the swamp''?
Ron- that's true... now I'm uneasy too.
Ginny- it doesn't matter. Whatever it is, I'm sure you can handle it Rainy.
Rainy- Let's hope so... walking through this swamp will take at least a day so we'll have to rest on the tents.
(Meanwhile on the other side of the swamp, a certain monster heard humans enter the place.)
