"Ohh!! That is great Mr. Miller!" Sarah smiled and bowed down a bit. "Thank you!" 

"Ahh!! Thanks to you! It is a big favour to me. I will always be indebted to you!" Jacob smiled as they walked back towards the doctor 

Jacob smiled looking at the doctor. "Thank you for your effort doctor. I think Sarah will be the perfect one to be the surrogate carrier." He then turned to look at the other two ladies. "Thank you ladies. Please do make use of my visiting card." 

"Great Jacob, let us go back to my office. Sarah dear, please join us too!" Doctor smiled and started walking back, towards the building.

Jacob and Sarah too followed the doctor. Jacob noticed how the girl seemed to have a very good upbringing. He could not help but feel sad for the girl due to her parent's death. He had offcourse gone through the same phase in life. The girl was dressed in a simple white tee shirt and blue jeans, but still looked very elegant.
