The Yue Mansion was abuzz with excitement as the grand birthday party unfolded. The sound of music and laughter filled the air, while reporters and photographers mingled with the guests, eager to capture every moment. The parking lot was packed with luxurious cars, and the mansion's ballroom was a sea of color, with women in stunning ball gowns and men in tailored suits. Waiters circulated with trays of drinks and canapés, adding to the festive atmosphere.

As the guests awaited the arrival of the birthday girl, Yue Jinnan took the stage to deliver a heartfelt speech. His words were laced with emotion, praising Yue Ling's resilience and beauty. The crowd was captivated, and his fabricated tears only added to the drama. The audience applauded, impressed by his performance.

However, whispers of curiosity spread through the crowd. Where was Yue Ling? Why hadn't she taken up her role as CEO of the Yue Enterprise? Yue Jinnan's announcement that she would officially assume the position today only heightened the anticipation.

As Yue Ling descended the stairs, her majestic presence left the guests in awe. Her ethereal beauty was undeniable, with piercing blue eyes, delicate features, and raven-black hair that cascaded down her back like a waterfall. Her smile illuminated the room, showcasing her perfect teeth and pouted lips. The men were entranced, and the women couldn't help but feel a twinge of envy.

But amidst the admiration, Yue Ling's eyes scanned the room, searching for a familiar face - Jiang Yanran. Her absence sparked a flicker of worry, and Yue Ling's mind raced with the possibility that their escape plan had been discovered. Summoning her courage, she began to speak, her voice like music to the entranced audience.

"Thank you all for celebrating my birthday with me," Yue Ling said, her voice filled with gratitude. "I'm honored to take over as CEO of my father's company and promise to lead it to new heights." With that, she dropped the mic and descended from the stage, leaving the audience in awe.

But amidst the joy and applause, Yue Rong's face contorted in anger and jealousy. She couldn't believe Yue Ling had stolen the spotlight, looking radiant in her oversized gown. Fuming, she dashed to her mother, demanding they implement their plan. Mrs. Lee Wan, equally displeased, approached Yue Fang, urging him to act. "It's time to eliminate Yue Ling," she hissed.

Yue Fang nodded, his eyes gleaming with malice. He dialed a number, and a voice on the other end responded, "Boss, start the plan." Suddenly, a fire erupted, sending the party into chaos. Panic-stricken guests scrambled to escape, while Yue Ling was dragged away by a masked figure.

"Who are you?" she screamed, struggling to break free. "Let me go!" But the man's grip was unyielding, and he tossed her into a black car, speeding away from the mansion. Yue Ling's pleas fell on deaf ears as the man bound her hands and mouth with neckties.

After a three-hour drive, the car stopped in a secluded area, surrounded by trees and bushes. The man carried Yue Ling to a two-story building, locking the door behind them. "You talk too much," he growled, releasing her restraints. "Sit down."

Yue Ling's eyes scanned the unfamiliar surroundings, her mind racing with despair. "This is the end," she thought, her phone left behind in the car. "No escape, no hope."

As the sound of heels echoed through the room, Yue Ling's eyes widened in shock. She turned to face the newcomer, her mind struggling to process the sight before her. The woman was a vision of elegance, her pink gown hugging her curves, her white heels clicking on the floor. Her big eyes sparkled with a sinister intensity, her small face set in a determined expression. The black gun in her hand seemed to gleam in the light, its barrel pointed directly at Yue Ling.

Yue Ling's eyes rolled back, her body crumpling to the floor as she fainted from shock. The woman's smile grew wider, her eyes glinting with a malevolent glee.
