Given to us as a weapon for being the founding members of the Arks, an ancient relic is either a physical weapon or a spell capable of protecting the user. They are made by us. The person who receives the relic does not have a hand in it. It is what the rest, five of us, have made. All factors are considered, the person's element, weaponry and what they need in their arsenal. Its primary purpose is to defend, but the chosen relics are based on the user's power. Each ancient relic is made from the different mysteries throughout time, be it real or fake, present or future. Any of the relics are fatal, forces to be reckoned with since its a combination of the force of our powers. Each one is capable of destroying a kingdom. And later, countries.

The thing is, all of the ancient relics does not appear in the physical world. Due to Raiyen's expertise, each of our relics is locked in a pocket time and space. It does not exist within our realm, on Earth. It was for the purpose of if in the event of an enemy getting their hands on any of the relics, the owner of the relic is able to just return the relic to that pocket of time and space.

Due to Baldwin's Dark element, the more the enemy fears us, the more powerful the relic becomes. The relics feed on fear in order to kill, making it effective on cowards. But a bit difficult on brave people. A minor setback but if the relic senses any form of fear on the opponent, it will latch on and keep drawing more fear. This will result in the opponent actually feeling fear.

The relics, upon activation, is able to activate another skill called 'When the stars shine,' courtesy of Z's powers. This temporarily blinds the enemies after the enemies after the relic has been summoned. It works on amateurs but not for seasoned fighters. A small contribution, better than nothing.

No matter if we are airborne against our will or enemies are far away from us, as Ysabeau made it so that it could function away from us. Meaning that if our enemy was in the air, we could still activate it from the land. Useful for sneak attacks since opponents tend not to look above them. Ysabeau as a hidden skill called Space Manipulation as she controls a particular space and is able to place objects into it.

Gillian's contribution towards the relics is a tad bit from normal. It's a taunting feature of the relics. When after the relics have dealt their blow, it taps into the memories to reveal and show their weakness. The last thing they would see is someone who has suffered or died because of them. I reckon this to be worse than Baldwin's contribution. As you are about to be defeated, the last thing that you see is the horror at the back of your mind. Your darkest secret, your most haunting memory.

As for me, I implicated a skill called Law. The relic will only harm those deemed to be an enemy for the user of the relic. A simple thing but good for sparing innocent lives. Without it, I think Z's relic would have wiped out the whole of Poland. Law deems all those within the relic's radius either good or evil using the judgment of the user who used the relic. If in the event the relic senses the user has been too overwhelmed, it then gains a new judge from the surrounding areas. That's the reason why we are always together, in pairs or more. Problem is that it also deems those who had sinned too much as evil. Even if they are trying to make amends. It is a knock off of my Valkyrie power so some adjustments are to be made.

The user can only wield that particular ancient relic under one strict condition, the user must have the main element of the relic. For example, if Raiyen tried to use Z's Kunais ancient relic, it will not work. The relics need extraordinary Elemental Energy to activate them. But it is a good trade-off.

Since I was gifted this ancient relic from the ones who fought alongside me, it was only common sense for me to be the only one capable of using it. If I happen to be defeated or dead, this ancient relic will be passed onto who my heart deems fit to wield this weapon.

I rarely use the duo items as a means to keep my identity a secret. I had deployed the full ancient relic during the battle of peace and the final duel between my twin, Benjamin and I.

When I was deployed for the first time, it was noted by my partner that it had an extraordinary feature, the sword could be morphed into other weapons. The freezing capability is still present but now it can be converted to a projectile.

During the encounter with Bonnie, I used Lord Atlantia and Bonnie manages to recreate it. The name, Lord Troy, was a nod to the legend, city of Troy. Its powers are only what Bonnie thought was Lord Atlantia's capabilities, a normal shield, limiting her shield's true potential. This then proved fatally incorrect as I then dealt the final blow as I charged the shield and forced a torrent of water to come out, effectively ending the duel.

A two-part spell which is able to work separately from each other. When it is first summoned, it appears like a mirage. The symbol of Atlantis is barely made visible. As an attack is hurled towards it, the symbol starts to spin rapidly. When the attack has made contact, it then consumes the attack and starts to be visible. In the event that the enemy stops feeding the shield, it automatically draws any form of water from its surroundings.

When it reaches a solid state, two huge formations of columns appear on the side, making a stone wall in between the pillars and in front of the user. The symbol once again appears shining aquamarine on the holographic wall that protects the user. First, it changes into a spear, but at its base, it grew a tail that started to curl up towards the tip. The tailfin then merged with the tip of the spear, with the fins sides sprouting two solid streams of aquamarine at opposite sides, creating a circle and end with a triangular tip. An ax-like shape of solid ice had formed behind the spear and tail while being in the center of the formed hollow circle. The stone and columns were even brighter when the shield is fully formed. The full-fledged Lord Atlantia.

As a physical shield, it weighs a tonne. Capable of both blocking, attacking and absorbing attacks. Once it is at full charge, the shield will be placed in front of the user and releases all of the firepowers it has absorbed.

The second part is usually called, after the shield, is the Emerald Wave Sword. When it is summoned, the spear on the shield will pop out. It will aim at the enemy that the user needed to use it on and slowly increase in size. But when the user thrusts the shield forwards, the spear turns into a sword as it surges towards the enemy. When summoned without the use of the shield, it manifests as a misty shape of a sword. It glows emerald with streams of aquamarine being absorbed into it. As a single weapon, it can be used to thrash the enemies away from the user. It can never hurt by wounding since it kills by freezing the area the blade has made contact with.

A mini attack, after the sword has absorbed enough, is called Wave Slash. As the name implies, it is an attack using water and when it reaches the opponent, it freezes everything around. With a single snap of a finger, all that has been frozen will be shattered.

Hatred does not fuel these twin weapons, it rebels because of what the user wants to protect. The driving force is the people that the user wish to and will protect. Because, deep down, the enemies are attacking others due to fear. Fear of their own loved ones dying. After all, everyone has a family, has people they want to protect, that's why they fight. It's called Rebellion because of the shield rebels against the pain of war. It screams out in pain and agony, not of hate, of anger that war is being flourished around it. No one wants war, and the conjoined wishes of all who suffered through it are all represented when the shield fully takes form. That's how strong people's desires to preventing war truly are. They don't want others to go through what they had lost, they had witnessed and they felt. No one should ever have to feel the pain of screams, reoccurring nightmares, and knowing that their lost loved ones will never come back. That is what truly fuels Lord Atlantia, which is a part of the shield and sword combo.

And the sword is there to inflict any amount of damage felt by the user. The more the user wants to protect, the bigger the radius of the area the sword can freeze. It freezes anything it slices as this relic is not meant to hurt. Its sole purpose is to defend. The sword only appears if the user wants to attack in their heart. Other than, the user can't summon the Emerald Wave Sword.

Gillian's powers were all over the place, to say the least. He was the main madman to form the Arks, Headmaster. Since he is still considered as the founder, he has an ancient relic of his own.

Determining his main power is as hard as determining my powers, if not, harder. He was equal within his powers, fire and ice, light and dark. But what stood out the most from him was his knowledge, most notable, codes and languages. The ability to translate and understand any form of speech or writing is his core element.

Doesn't sound so good, does it? In writing, not very. But when put into action, it is a whole new power. It is why he was nominated for Headmaster, after all. Each Mage is able to draw out their elemental powers if the Mage speaks them or had thought of them. When I speak in my native language, the more powerful my spells become And each of us has tricks, specific spells, just for each individual. For example, I have a spell or move called Windfall, where I take my surrounding winds to push down my enemies down physically. Raiyen can't use it, even if he has the wind element, or have tried to copy me by seeing how it is performed.

Gillian, however, has no specific spell. He is able to understand and decoded writings and spoken speech. Others have to spend a hundred years just to master a small spell, and Gillian can do an advanced spell as an amateur just by looking at the spell's incantation or how it is being performed. Spells are split into two types, Original and Written. Original Spells are true to only its creator, their special moves and tricks. Written Spells can be used by anyone powerful or skilled enough to perform it, free for all to use. Gillian, due to his rare power, is able to use Original Spells from others, provided he has heard it before or it has been written down.

When faced with an enemy, he can choose to conjure up any spell he's heard before or he can rely on his ancient relic, though he usually doesn't need it. The Book Of Code is a spatial type of relic, physical only when summoned. To the humans, it is better-known alias is the Voynich Manuscript. Filled with a language that humans are not capable of deciphering is powerful. In spells, words are power, so not understanding a spell's words can prove to be a disadvantage within the battlefield. Especially if placed on the defensive side, since you wouldn't know how to counter it.

Trying to understand others is like deciphering a walking code, once you know the code, you know what tactic to use to finish them off. That's what this ancient relic does, deciphering people. Finding out the hidden secrets and uncovering their truths. When used at maximum power, and if Gillian is angry enough, it can also force them to have feelings of pain and make them confess to their evil deeds.

The Voynich Manuscript can never be decoded, its constantly changing its code to the tune of the decoder, the moment the decoder comes to the last character of the words, the whole book rewrites itself to another new code or language.

As the ancient relic summoned, it reads and writes out the enemy's profile. Everything revealed in that book. Memories or people can be turned into reality as well, resulting in the enemy spiraling out of control.

It manifests as an ordinary leather-covered book. The pages are a dusty color of gold, and written on its cover are the words; Book of Code. When the incantation has been chanted, Gillian immediately opens the book, allowing the pages to be torn away and dance around the area. Afterward, each page then turns into a memory of the person that is near it when it landed.

Thing is, even Gillian has no idea what memory it would uncover from the person. But if the enemy has done a powerful move before, Gillian has the ability to use it against the opponent. But he says he won't since it would be cheating.

There is only one skill within the ancient relic, and that is a terrifying spell to deliver on anyone. All I can say about it is that is the reason why he is Headmaster. An ancient relic may be made the rest of us other than the person wielding it, but it can only work if the user has the capability to use such power. Thus, the fact that Gillian held that kind of power means that he is truly formidable in battle. And don't assume that just because he can harness such strong spells means that he usually stands there and commands.

Ysabeau was a wind and sky holder. She founded the Dynasty of Wings, the main air defenders and attackers of the Arks. Similar to what humans call 'Air Force', but instead of using aircraft, they use themselves.

Armed with the original Aetherial Bow and the eyes of a Hawk, she is qualified to decimate a unified kingdom's army she desired it. She retained the title of the very first High Queen, as well as being 2nd in command for the Arks.

Her ancient relic is called the Wings Of The Skies, the mythological creature called a Rukh. In its legend, it was known as the biggest winged creature, dwarfing griffins or even dragons. When summoned at half strength, Ysabeau takes on the form of the bird's wings on her back. The wingspan is about as long as a few armies put together. One flap is enough to destroy an insignificant village. Armies are useless against these wings. Like swatting away insects. When at plenary power, the genuine thing is summoned. Its attacks and speed are upgraded tremendously in this form. With Ysabeau's wind element combined with the creature's massive wings, they are capable of producing massive tornadoes.

Sky's twister is a frequently used attack by Ysabeau. After inhaling, or what she says, eating some clouds, Ysabeau gains enough energy to power Fluffy to its maximum power. She then shouts the attack call; Sky's twister and channels the power she'd gathered towards Fluffy through its wings. With one huge flap, a huge twister emerges from the wings.

Rukh or 'Fluffy', as what Ysabeau named it, is able to manifest as a 'compact' version. It's the baby version. It may be small, but its appetite is far from tiny. Usually, Ysabeau likes to retain the baby version to conserve her powers as well as being ready for any form of attack. She was habitually on guard if Fluffy is seen flying around her.

At the time, Fluffy was able to roam the skies without much hatred. As human history went on, Fluffy was forced to be in her compact version during the day, only coming out to play in the dead of the night.

Z was always ready for a battle, both physically and mentally. But his true passion is for water elements, any liquid or ice magic. That's why he destined to be the founder of the Blizzard Faction, the defense of the sea of the Arks.

Though he looks withdrawn and shy, when you get to know him, he is a madman. Wacky, fun, if you were ever feeling down, you'd go to him in an instant. He was the party goer, the glue that binds the founders all together. But do not underestimate what both his power and relic can do. His main element may be the water side, but he once told us that his actual mastery is 'Oceans' based. It is true that he can use water spells but the truth is that he is better when there's a body of water or something with him.

"The sky is just a cloak over the globe, covering us from the billions of stars that are out there. Thus, there is an ocean of stars above us. Not all oceans are made out of water." This is what he told us when we were training our weapons and elements together. He mentioned that his skill, 'Oceans', allows him to use any large quantity that is together. In simple terms, a vast landscape of lush growing tulips is also counted as weapons by Z. It can be from trees in a forest to even memories of a person. The memory part is similar to Gillian, but it would take a toll on Z's mental state since he would have to see all the memories and turn that into a weapon.

'Trilohiya ng mga bituin,' or the Bermuda Triangle requires both a body of water and the night sky to activate it. Translated from its original name from Tagalog to English is 'Trilogy of Stars'.

Z is armed with Kunais, each having different attacks of their own. Not a big revelation when his ancient relic that we've made is Kunai-based. After throwing three big sized Kunais into the sky, it uses both Galaxian and water magic, the Kunais will become three beams of light that would plunge down to Earth. When the Kunais starts to connect with each other in a triangular formation with the help of the neighboring stars to form a line. After which, it traps the enemies. Once the timing and power are enough, outcomes what the Bermuda Triangle is known for. Within a blink of an eye, battalions were gone, leaving no trace behind.

The only downside is that it cannot be used on a single opponent, it must be at least a platoon. But it does not mean too much as Z always had other strong spells to back him up. The first Kunai of the ancient relic is called Barrage. Using this alone, it summons a few torrents of stardust towards which direction the Kunai is being thrown at. Z uses this the most often since it is a sure-fire way to finish off enemies without using too much energy. The second Kunai is called Foritfy. Using whatever he deems an 'Ocean', Z spins the Kunai to make a small deflecting shield. Usually using what he has or what he can conjure up. Most notably is the Winter Castle move, in which he uses ice and snow in the spinning Kunai. The third one, Alleviate is a healing Kunai. Any cut by the Kunai will heal any form of pains on that target. This uses the most energy out of the three since it uses Z's pool of healing powers. Each of us has a regenerative power of some sort. We can replenish that by getting our specific main elements. But in Z's case, the moment he uses Alleviate, he can never regain back those healing energies that he had lost. This dwindles the maximum capacity of Z's tank of healing energies.

Galaxian magic, otherwise known as the Magic of the Cosmos, is a Lost type of Magic. It cannot be taught, it must be shared through the blood. Thus, there were few who holds this magic. Excessive use of this power will cause the user's head to burn, destroying all that's around the user.

The Legend of the Bermuda triangle has been around for quite a while and its power of making things disappear is what made it into an ancient relic. Z was a force to be reckoned with as he possessed top-notch skills as a warrior. Armed with elite elements, he is ranked second strongest within the Arks, just following behind Headmaster Gillian. Though Ysabeau ranks second on the script.

Baldwin was, I mean, is a very hot-tempered man. If things do not go according to his liking, he will blow his top off. The Knights of Dawn was established by this fiery man, with an aim to defend the Arks, got knows how did he pull that off.

Just because he is hot-tempered, it has to mean that he has a fire element on hand. He is known as Quadruple holder, someone who is capable of wielding four types of elements, sub or core. The knights are known to be the 'Holy Ones', following the rules of humanity and pureness closely, compared to the rest. The Knights are not only the main defenders, but they are also the main healers of the Arks. This usually very angry man had a heart of gold when it comes to children, especially for young girls.

Baldwin has a Dark Element; a fierce vibe around him, making him fearsome as a leader. However, only the rest, the five of us, knows about his main element and ancient relic. His ancient relic; Salem's Judgment, is based on the Salem Witch Trials. Its power and strength are made by thousands of people who were accused of being witches, innocent people being betrayed. This also includes Witch Trials all over the world and history. All of their hatred, anger, sadness, and despair, throughout time, is all consumed by this ancient relic.

We had decided to use this as a nod to Abigail, his late daughter. She had perished during the early witch hunts. We wanted him to know that he is using this ancient relic to prevent those witch trials from happening ever again. So that no father would have to feel the loss of their daughter just because of some accusation. Abigail's death was not in vain as it spurred Baldwin's passion to protect other daughters so that a repeat will never happen again.

This ancient relic is a staff with the pentagram its top. When activated using the words, 'Accusations of the Betrayed,' the Pentagram will start to spin rapidly. It then absorbs the area's or people's darkness. Whatever was at the place that Baldwin is standing, past, present or future, all traces of darkness will be picked up by the staff. From hatred to torment. From despair to sufferings. This ancient relic will find and devour all negative energy. After that, it forms up to create a huge whip for Baldwin to swing around with glee. The more pain and agony, the longer and powerful the whip becomes. Sadist, but effective for taunts.

One of the most brutal weapons amongst the relics happens to be the only weapon that Baldwin is able to confide to. His world had fallen when his wife risked her life to send them away. And then to have his daughter taken away and killed by the hands of the people that he and his wife thought was gonna save them. His realization later on as he destroyed villages in the wake of fury. The guilt and sadness he had gone through. All of this was harbored in his eyes as he held the ancient relic for the very first time. It was then that we mentioned the true purpose of the staff, to protect by aggression. A bit difficult but it was the only way we could make Baldwin understand that not all humans are evil. This is made sure since if he had tried to hurt an innocent person, it would do no damage due to the skill Law. He never had a twisted concept of judgment so Law can be induced. Baldwin truly believed his daughter's words, that everyone was good.

As a Vigilante, Raiyen would demonstrate his skills and take the intel needed. He creates a separate time and space for him to move hither and thither. He requires a second within a period of time. In that pocket, 1 second of space and time, he is able to move around freely. And when he unlocks it, time will continue and the changes that he'd made would look like it was achieved in an instant, in a second.

When faced with combat, he ditches that and demonstrates his 2nd skill, Glitch. Armed with an Aetherial Bow, he uses Glitch as a means of movement where he hops from a second of one space to the following second of another space. The Aetherial Bow allows for both long range and short range attacks. But he lacks defense in his arsenal of assets.

Since his main element is what he loves to do, it doesn't come as a surprise when his ancient relic is based manipulating time. His ancient relic was based on the Legend of Jack The Ripper. Though it hasn't occurred just yet, it manifests as a small dagger. The ancient relics can be made by future mysteries and this was one of them. It's callout; Time Ripper, allows the user to rip through time. This allows him to merge two unrelated timeline events. He could be fighting in Texas and place a nuclear warhead from Japan that is about to go off. Or he could drag a single moment in time and place it into the time he is in currently. This takes a lot of concentration; any error can prove to be fatal. A wrong move and the move might backfire onto the person wielding the dagger.

The infamous serial killer Jack the Ripper was known throughout history as an individual who will never be revealed. The case will forever remain unsolved. The being's way of killing is extremely precise, only prostitutes. It then carefully, surgically even, removed the victims' internal organs and placed them right next to them. As if it was mocking anyone who trying to crack the case. It was the same method of killing that Raiyen adored.

He may seem nice, but get on his bad side and he wouldn't hesitate to destroy you using a piece of metal within seconds. He was the youngest out of everyone but he was the most ruthless when it comes to dealing with his enemies. Mercy was never a choice when it comes to finishing off his opponents. Usually, we leave some alive when we witness that the enemy had already retreated in fear of us. But never for Raiyen. He left no one enemy alive in the battlefield

Raiyen's original home was within the time period of Jack The Ripper, in amongst the fog and mist of killings. He could hop through time but was accidentally pushed out of the time frame he was at and into the time that I had met him. His family could no longer care for him anyways. He was a human, born in London. But he just had the one small ability to travel through time. A Time Master, as Marcus calls it.

Time Ripper was used quite a few times by Raiyen. In the Hundred years war as well as the battle between the ruined Congregation and the newly formed Pentacle Arks. When he first used Time Ripper on a real opponent, it was able to send the opponent into the Void, the gap in between universes. That was one of its skill.

One of the reasons why he didn't like to use it was because of the incident above. He knew what was the Void and he vowed to never send anyone into that place again. To him, killing them would showing kindness. The Void, that would be just too cruel for even his archenemy to fall into.

Within the Hundred Years' War, he used the ancient relic as an actual weapon. He tried to treat it like any old dagger. This resulted in no cuts on the flesh. Instead, it made the entire area or limb completely disappear. A small black hole appears to the place it has been slashed and begins to devour the area around the wound. This left the soldiers limbless, or worse, headless.

Another skill, Misty Haven, is created when the ancient relic has been used against its owner. There are some who have the ability to control the flesh. When that occurs, the Dagger will cloak the entire battlefield in mist, giving a chance for the user to take the relic back and retreat.

The relic afterward was passed on to me, in which I tried to do a merging attack. By using the Time Ripper to tear and using the power of the Void, I merged my own relic to his. It created a devastating attack. That was the very last time since I used it.
