章節 36: Shining Armor

Jia Yazhu took a deep breath and closed her eyes as two flashes of golden and silver light appeared in front of her. A dazzling humanoid figure stood in between the space before Jia Yazhu and the two brothers with a sword in its right hand as it pointed upward towards the very heavens

Once the light dispersed, the two brothers saw a knight in shining armor covered from head to toe. The armour is silver with some pieces of gold lining along the outlines of the armour giving it an extraordinary appearance

The sword it held looked like an ordinary broadsword, with a golden handle, the rest of the blade is silver besides the three golden streaks on both sides of the blade. On the back of the knight, a large ring floated behind it, on the ring multiple bubbles that displayed pictures of a bow, lance, spear, scale, knife, axe, mace, hammer, scythe, polearm and even a crossbow

The large ring slowly shrunk in size as it became small enough to stick itself onto the back of the knights' armor. One couldn't tell what gender the knight is due to the armour, its height is about 170 centimeters making it seem to be more like a male

"You'll have to beat me to find out!" Jia Yazhu laughed

"Now that we've seen both your monsters, may I have a quick ride on your unicorn?! Before revealing ours? Please? Please?" Wang Tao begged Su Guiying until she gave in and let him sit atop her monsters back and ride high into the skies

After his joyful ride, Wang Tao jumped off and landed on his butt and stared at the three who shook their heads as he coughed before jumping up and wiping the dust off his pants. "Well my monsters' nothing special." he said

Whoosh*

A golden light flashed as the Blackgold Python Tiger jumped out from the monster sea in its chibi form and roared. It's roar however was weak and sounded like a cat's cries as the two girls' eyes sparkled from seeing a cute monster. Tired of being cuddled, the Blackgold Python Tiger leaped out of their arms and with another flash of golden light, it transformed and displayed its true power

Roar*

The python tiger froze the ground with each step it took as the floor beneath the ice started rotting from its powerful poison. It's python tail glared at the two girls and hissed as the tiger itself stood still without moving after a few steps

"Nothing special?! Isn't this a new sub species of the Golden Winged Tiger?" Jia Yazhu asked. "Indeed, when it evolved, it gained two elements and became much more powerful." Wang Tao replied

"Two elements?" Su Guiying asked before looking down on the ground to see the ground that rotted beneath its feet. "I see, Ice and Poison? Those are some pretty rare elements too." Jia Yazhu said as she got closer to inspect the Blackgold Python Tiger

"Well enough about me, the real surprise is boss here. You two better prepare yourselves." Wang Tao said as the Blackgold Python Tiger returned to the monster sea. Ye Qin nodded as he began walking away from the trio

Su Guiying was curious and asked "Why's he moving so far back?". "Just watch, hehe." Wang Tao replied nonchalantly

Step* Step*

Once he reached a suitable distance away, Ye Qin called out his Qiulong. A flash of gold light appeared high in the sky as a golden koi jumped out from the monster sea

"..."

"A.. a.. Koi???" Su Guiying muttered

Wang Tao nodded with a cheeky smile on his face. "But for him to be a Gold Star that's…" Jia Yazhu said slowly

Roar*

As soon as she spoke, the golden koi leaped into the air as its small body began changing. It's small body grew bigger and bigger as Su Guiying and Jia Yazhu's eyes became larger and their jaws dropped to the ground

The golden koi had long grew to its full size of 20 meters and took up a large amount of space in the air. Its long golden body moved along in the air as it avoided the obstacles placed around the dorm

Revealing itself to Su Guiying and Jia Yazhu, the Qiulong roared as the heaven and earth shook. Throughout the entire Nine Peak Academy, not a single corner didn't hear the heaven shattering roar of the dragon

Uncovering their ears, Su Guiying and Jia Yazhu had a rough time trying to stand up as they couldn't contain their shock to see a dragon right in front of them. "This… So that's why…" they said

"Hahahahaha, I told you so." Wang Tao laughed
