章節 153: Awkward

Emily knew what Justin was doing in his room. She heard the familiar clacking of the keyboard through the door. She had an idea of why he was doing it too. He was destressing.

Something was eating at him that he wouldn't tell her about…something about her, perhaps?

But what had she done wrong? Hadn't she done everything in her power to be a good girlfriend and prove she wasn't going anywhere?

The situation was oddly reminiscent of the time she made Justin prove himself to her after the whole Alexa Plan fiasco but in reverse. Before, their relationship wasn't official but they had solid footing as Justin tried to prove himself. This time it was official but everything felt as fragile as glass as Emily tried to show she wouldn't leave again. How could this be fixed?

When Sam arrived with Kaitlyn they still hadn't figured out sleeping arrangements. Emily had an idea. She wasn't sure if it would work but it was the only one she had.
