章節 114: Help

"Why are you being so loud? What's wrong?" Alec's voice pulls me out of my deep sleep causing me to frown. Suddenly the door is pushed open with a loud bang! "Maya! Help... I think something's wrong!" Chip yells causing me to nearly jump out of the bed.

Alec grabs me and wraps me like a burrito while glaring at the men standing by the door. I only fight for a moment until my head clears... I was naked... I feel my face heat up as I look at the men trying to look away but seemed to be struggling.

"Everyone but Chip gets out!" Alec warns is a low growl. The men scramble out and close the door. I swiftly get off the bed while tying the bedding around me. "What's wrong Chip?" I ask kneeling next to him in concern.

"I don't know but I'm so weak... maybe my core chip has been damaged..." He says in an equally weak voice. My frown grows but when I hear his stomach growl in hunger I can't keep from laughing. Alec watches me with a warm smile at the sound of my laughter.
