章節 4: Clinic
I head to the building. It looks like a typical clinic building wooden, spacious, the same as an army barrack.
As I enter I get greeted by a man, medium build weird colored hair and skin like everyone here.
"Welcome, how can we assist you? It seems you are alright upon looking, is it someone else?"
"Hello Doctor, I just took up a guild request to heal."
"Doctor?" Says as he laughs a little
"I am no Doctor just bearly qualify as a Nurse. You must not be from around here, women are typically the Doctors. Don't you know the physical strength needed to lift and move bodies?"
"Oh I did not think of that, can you assist me in getting to where I am needed to do it?"
"Why sure, let me get the Doctor. We have a patient with some wounds and she is a little low on Prana as we are already in the afternoon."
As I wait for the Doctor, I get waved towards one of the beds with someone that appears to have deep claw marks and is bleeding a little. I see a lady with a white coat on walk over with average looks and a ponytail.
"patient 10yr old boy, tried to hunt a rabbit got attavked by multiple rabbits. Looks to have about half his life left. Luckily the guards got to him before they finished him off. Use your Art to heal the patient."
I frown as it sounded very haughty and direct but complied. I focus my energy based on the way I instinctively knew. I touch the boys chest and use it.
"Weak, this better be a regen based Art otherwise you did almost nothing. How long until done?"
"30 minutes"
"Understood wait by we will pay based on how he is after it is done. I'll be back."
After sitting around, I see him steadily getting better. The Doctor like clockwork shows up right before the end and sees the wounds considerable close up.
"I see based on the weak person he is your heal does about 1% of this boys health then repeated 5 times with a 4% at the end. So about 10%, not bad but only so-so. Can you cast it again?"
"No, I used up all my Prana. I just hit 15 so it is my first uses of my skill. Was it a good one?"
"Well, do not tell others your limits like that. I keep mine hidden well. I would say not a bad Art. Practice makes perfect. I will give you 20cp for this. If you want to come back tomorrow to keep it going, I have a continuous request at the guild."
"Sure, I will be back tomorrow."
As I leave with they money, I realize that I am not much stronger than that boy. I am afraid to go fight a rabbit. Better hold back and learn my limits. Based on that it looks like my heal is 10hp. I will have to look into it more to find the mechanics. I eat and get a room at the guild for 15cp. I have 5cp left, not bad profits.
