Ryu originally first reincarnated in One Piece, an anime world. Probably, depending on the world as Ryu's soul is at the level of a completely true god. The soul would own Ryu's memories and a portion of his original power. When I feel like it. If I have a idea in my mind, I'll probably write it in with Ryu being the main character. As for the chapter release speed, I will release them when I feel like it.
