The appointments all passed quickly as Nolan's pile of morning quizzes thinned.  He started on his own homework as only a couple of people remained seated in the waiting room. The nurse had logged Nolan into the front desk computer where after he had done some exploring, he found an excel spreadsheet with the accounting data.  Nolan could see that there were various names with currencies and amount that were all jumbled and totalled in a haphazard manner. Nolan scrolled through it with a stunned expression as he could not believe that the clinic was not being managed correctly.
