Leo hit the ground a few times before he calmed down. "What exactly happened to Kitty?" Leo looked at Cedric, who was at eye level. 

"She almost broke a seal. It seems that Kitty is a little too eager to give up the water element." Cedric sighs, shaking his head. "Kitty is the one that sent me to you."
