Most game communities are very distinct. You'd only need to play a few rounds to get a feel for how the community is. One of the more interesting communities has to be the Rocket League community. A relatively large part of the players can be considered as toxic friendly. They'd showcase all the signs of a toxic player but never actually mean it. More often then you'd believe, if you end a game with gg, they'll actually apologize for being toxic (or apologize for their teammate's toxicity).
This however only applies to opponents. If you're teammates are toxic and they're not in a voice call with you, they're definitely toxic.
