"Alright students! Hand in your test and I'll assign you to your classes for tomorrow!" said professor Ambrose. "Go back to your dorm and you'll receive a letter with your class name inside of it in the morning."

Everyone got up and headed out the door.

I got back to my dormitory and met some of the new students. "Hi! My name is Micah! Nice to meet you!"

The others got up and introduced themselves, Hello! I'm Kyle nice to meet you too! This here is Harper, Bailey, Phoenix, River and Reagan. What class are you hoping to get into?" asked Kyle.

I waved at everyone. "Hi everyone! I'm hoping to get into Storm or Death. what about you guys?"

"I hope to get into Balance or Myth," said Kyle.

"I hope to get into Life or Death," said Reagan.

"I hope to get into Life or Storm," said Bailey.

"I hope to get into Fire or Myth," said River.

"I hope to get into Ice or Balance," said Phoenix.

"I hope to get into Ice or Fire," said Harper.

"That's cool! Which class do you guys think will be the best class?" I asked.

"I'd say probably Balance, because you're equalled with all the other elements," said Micah.

"I'd say balance is definitely a better class because you don't have another class that you're really weakened by," said Reagan.

"I'd say Fire just for the fact you get to burn stuff!" Kyle laughed.

"I'd probably say Storm, you get to learn different elements," said Bailey.

"I'd have to go with Kyle on fire, but not just for it being able to burn stuff but because you can do a lot more damages," said Phoenix.

"I'd have to go with Life, you can heal a lot more and you won't die as quickly," said River.

"I'd go with Myth, you get to use different creatures for your battles!" said Harper.

They sat and talked for a couple more hours before they finally headed to bed. "Well it's midnight now. We should head back to our dormitory," I said. As we started walking back to our dorms they noticed some of them lived in the same dormitory as each other.

Kyle, Micah, and Phoenix all live in the same dormitory, and Bailey, Reagan, River, and Harper all live in the same dormitory.

"Looks like we're neighbors guys!" I said to the others. "Maybe we can work together on studying sometime? Well good night!"

"Sure, good night," they said as they yawned.

We all headed inside our rooms and went to sleep.

In the morning at 7 I heard a chime. I sat up in bed and saw a folded piece of paper floating in front of me. "Your class has been chosen, please open now," a voice from the letter said. I went to touch the letter as soon as my fingers touched it a bright formed and I was lifted into the air.

My hair started changing to a dark red , I gained pointed ears, my outfit turned into a dark red robe, my boots turned dark red, and a gained pointed hat that was dark red.

After my transformation was complete I heard a voice from the letter say, "You have been chosen to be a Balance mage, please continue to the classroom Balance 4a for your first session of classes."

*I'm a Balance mage! Cool!* I thought to myself.
