章節 8: Pillaging
Arok wiped the blood from his machete. It was his first time killing people but he was calm. There wasn't any change in his expression.
Arok was looking at the cockroach near this young man's dead body. He didn't know what kind of world this is. He decided to kill it but it flew away. He frowned and shrugged. He walked back to his company.
"Did you find someone?" Chris asked.
"Don't worry, I've taken care of it," Arok said.
Chris nodded and didn't continue their conversation.
Their target was quite a big village, there were many grown men inside that village. They had always wanted to raid this village and they got news that this village started the festival today. They thought it was their chance to raid them.
They walked slowly toward the village.
Arok could see the village in front of him. He also saw 2 people guarding the entrance.
"Yuuki, come here!" Gavin shouted.
"Yes, boss," Arok walked toward him.
"Are you confident your throwing knives can kill them?" Gavin pointed his finger at the guard.
Arok thought for a while and nodded, "I can do it, boss."
Gavin nodded and slapped his back, "Good!"
Arok took two of his throwing knives and took a deep breath. He closed his eyes and opened it suddenly. He threw both of his throwing knives straight to the guard's skull.
"STRIKE!!!" Everyone was excited when they saw his throwing knife hit the guard's skull.
The guard didn't even let out a scream and fell down as if a doll which string was being cut.
Arok had trained his throwing knives every day until his hands were bleeding. He was ambidextrous he could use both of his hands equally well.
"Good job!" Gavin gave him a thumbs up.
His throwing knives had become one of the popular bettings in the headquarters and many people knew about his skill.
They didn't even show any nervous expression when Gavin told Arok to kill the guard.
"Let's go, let's have a festival together!" Gavin shouted.
"YEAH!!" Everyone was also excited.
They also wanted to join a festival but for them, it was a different festival.

In the village, everyone was dancing around and playing together. Some boys were flirting with their loved ones.
Everyone had a very festive mood in this village but one woman showed a very anxious expression on her face.
"PEDRO, WHERE ARE YOU?" Nina shouted everywhere. She was very worried about his only son. She knew that her son was a bit quirky but she loved him very much. She was worried that he was being bullied by some of the village boys.
"PEDRO, WHERE ARE YOU?' Nina couldn't find him. She was looking around until she noticed the gate was being opened. She stopped and looked at the gate. She was quite curious about who was going to enter this village.
Some of them ignored it and some of them were also curious. They thought the guard also wanted to join the festival.
They looked at the gate and saw a lot of bald men walking toward their village with a kind smile on their face. They saw one of them waved his hand at them.
The villagers who were in a festive mood were also starting to wave their hands. They didn't even register this group of people who were walking with a weapon on their hands.
"Hello, who are you?" The head village asked the biggest men in this group. He thought this man must be the leader of this group.
Nina had a very bad feeling when she saw the head village walking toward the group.
'I need to run,' Nina thought, and she was right.
The biggest in that group raised his ax and cut the head village in half.
"HAHAHA, LET'S JOIN THE FESTIVAL EVERYONE!!" The man shouted.
"YES!! LET'S HAVE THE FESTIVAL!!"
"YAHOO!! IT'S BEEN A WHILE SINCE I JOIN THE FESTIVAL!!"
"WOW, THERE IS A LOT OF BEAUTIFUL GIRLS HERE!!"
"HAHA, LET'S PARTY!!!" Everyone shouted at the same time.
The villagers couldn't comprehend what was happening until that bald one ran toward them and started to kill everyone.
"KYAAA!!"
"HURRY UP AND HIDE!!"
"RUN AWAY!!"
"FUCK, I'LL KILL YOU!!"
It was chaos, no one knew what to do, some of them wanted to run, some of them wanted to protect this village, no one could make the decision.
Nina knew this village fate had already ended. Her only hope was that his son could live this disaster.
"Hahaha, hey, Arok, check it, isn't this the mature woman you like?" Nina looked at a large man in front of her.
"Shut up, Chris! Don't tell everyone about my fetish!!" Nina also saw a boy around her son's age. She was wondering how could such a young boy join this bandit group.
"Hello, beautiful, how about we spend today in your house? I'm quite tired from a long journey," the boy placed his hand on her shoulder.
Nina couldn't run because she knew her fate had already been sealed.
"Don't worry, I'll make you feel good," the boy whispered. Nina was crying because of her powerlessness. She knew her fate was better than everyone. She looked at the carnage in front of her and couldn't move her body.
"Chris, I'm going first," the boy shouted.
"Yeah, yeah, have fun with her, I'll take this one with me," the man also took one girl in his arms and went to a random house.
"Well, let's go, I want to tell you a story," the boy carried her in his arms.
Nina was unwilling but she couldn't do anything.
The boy took her to her house and started to do something that only her husband had done to her.
The festival continued and it became even merrier.
