"I should be able to reach there in one and a half days," I said, looking at the destination in the crystal.

I didn't waste any time and moved toward it and, like always; I didn't take the direct route. There is no harm in being cautious; at most, it will waste a few hours, but if there is something fishy, I will be much safer, on that route.

An hour passed, and I had only come across one native, who was also moving in the same direction as me.

He hinted that we would travel together, but I politely declined.

I am safer alone; a team increases the chances of discovery in places like this and restricts me from using all my abilities.

The team also has its advantages.

Not all dangers could be dealt with alone, and many times, I found myself wishing that I had been with the team. It would have made a lot of things easier; I would be able to take the risks that I usually wouldn't.
