"That used to be my old self. From the time I have these green eyes," She pointed at her eyes. "I have stopped running after death desperately." She smiled bitterly at the memory.

"Ru?" Ye Jie called her name making her raise her head to look at him. "I won't ask what happened back then."

"And I should give you a reward for that," Ru said as she smiled evilly. She came closer to his ear and whispered, "The one you love and one you're trying to love, both are the same person." With that, she waved with an amused smile looking at the frown on his face.

"What do you mean?" He asked.

"What will be the fun, if I said it that easily?" She said ambiguously.
