Maybe it was because Atar was right next to her, but she calmed down a little and started using magic without thinking much about it. 

Several lances made out of different elements materialised around her and then flew out at a blistering speed. The human family thought they were being attacked, and they resigned themselves to their fate, there was no way for them to stop magic like this. But to their surprise, the magic whistled right past them and headed for the demons behind.
