Jin Liwei carried Iris in his arms like a princess…no, like his queen. He carried her like she was his most precious treasure. The distance from the solarium wing to their bedroom was far, but he insisted on carrying her all the way.

It didn't help that she was kissing and caressing him all over. He felt like he was burning in a delicious fire the entire time he was walking while carrying her. He needed her water to douse his fire…but not yet.

Finally, they reached the bedroom. The lights were turned off but the moonlight cast a soft, dreamy glow inside. Long shadows danced as dark clouds moved to obstruct and reveal the moon in mysterious undulations.

He set her down on her feet. For a few moments, they just stared at each other.

"You're so beautiful," he whispered.
