A warm touch of sunlight enables me to wake up, but I told myself 5 minutes then I'll wake up.
I don't know how long I've slept but my son is trying to wake me up.
"Good morning Gio how's your sleep?"
"Good morning mom it's great I dream about my daddy playing with me"
"really? then let mommy be your daddy"
actually he always ask about his father which I cannot answer cause I don't want him to know
"mommy are you alright? your are staring blankly into space again"
"sorry baby, what do you want?" i juat need to coax him a bit
"Let's take a stroll here in manila,.... zoo"
"sure,... but you are not going to wander around stay with mommy ok?"
"yes mommy affirmative"
i laugh at my baby's reaction which he copied from a tv show
" then wash up and let's choose a pair of cute clothes"

my son sounded as if he don't go to zoo or any parks before and his reaction is always the same, I watched my son's silhouette as he run towards the bathroom.
"mom what are you waiting for? let's go"
my child is very excited hahaha.
Living Room
"Ohh where are my daughter and my grandson off to?... you both wear such cute outfits"
"uhmmm" before I could answer my son answered
"grandpa we are going to the zoo"
"I see... The outfits you wear answers it already"
my son wears a zoo keeper style outfit and a timber shoes while I wear a ripped jeans, shirt with bunny prints, bunny eared hairband and black rubber shoes.
" Good luck then, keep safe."
"yes...grandpa i'll bring you some gifts wait where's grandma?"
my father answers while he is scratching his head
"well.... how can grandpa say this..... grandma haven't woke up, probably tired"
"why?"
"cause grandma stay late at night.... little one just go already you might get in the traffic at this time"
I laugh at how my son nagged my father about how mother
"bye father" i said as i waved my hands bidding good bye
and my son kissed his grandpa to bid goodbye.
