章節 43: Chapter Fourty-Three
Have I ever mentioned how absolutely garbage my luck is? In both lives I lost my father before I was born, in both lives my grandparents were awful, I get poisoned, I fall in random time holes and kidnapped. There are probably other pathetically bad instances too, but this is the worse! I can't even fight back because my bodies too weak after being poisoned too! Why me? If there is a god or God's out there I hate you. Why do you toy with me? Why do you humilate me? Am I a sick twisted game to you? Ugh. Anyways, currently I am bound in a dark room with lots of other children and I couldn't move. My amulet hadn't been taken, so I was still disguised. My hair, now Chestnut colored splayed across the floor, and I lay on my side and hopelessly looked around the room. The room was empty accept for about twenty or so children who would be sold as slaves. Myself included now.

An undetermined amount of time later I woke up again and kids were crowded around me, almost shielding me.
"L-let u-us go!" One child whimpered, they bunny ears and seemed absolutely terrified.
"Now why would I do that? Your my stock now kiddos, and you will obey your new masters, right?!" The man sounded so threatening and he had a large sword on his shoulder, perfect image of a thug.
"Now, let me see the new stock, I heard she was quite pretty." The children shuffled away from me, they were bound too, but only their wrists, not their ankles too like me. I looked up at the man as he approached me, and he grinned evilly at me laying on the floor like a doll, unable to move unless someone moved me themselves.
"Mmm, very good, you'll make me a fair amount of money, little one." He brought to blade down to touch my face, and I simply stared back blankly. He grunted unhappily at my lack of response and suddenly whirled around and stalked out of the room. A lot of children started to cry in fear or terror at being sold. Unfortunately I couldn't do, well anything at all but resign myself to my fate. I shouldn't have gone to town. I knew I shouldn't have but I did, so now I have to pay the price. Hopefully the price won't be my life.
