章節 47: Escape
I don't know what happened but when he asked about my eyes he suddenly fell into a trance.
The older assassin got worried because of the sudden daze and also he's expression looks like he found out something that gives him fear.
Is it because of the color of my eyes?
Just then I'm in a situation where I'm about to die but right now when I look at the situation this looks like a chance to me to run and I look at the assassins again and I slowly try to walk away but when I'm about the right distance.
"Hey, where's the woman?" I got startled and look back and when I do I found them looking at me. I didn't stop and immediately run as fast as I can.
My mind has nothing in it right now but to escape that's why I didn't even glance back to look at the assassins that might be chasing me, even my body really hurts I ignore the excruciating pain and continue forward.
When I can finally feel the fatigue, I looked at my surroundings and try to feel if they are still following me but it didn't take much longer and my eyes are already betraying me.
I found a very grown bunch of grass and hide behind it and slowly my consciousness is fading.

When I woke up the sun is already set in the west and thank goodness I'm still in the bush in which I have to hide into but still I'm feeling really weak. It seems like I have lost too much blood and my head really hurt.
I tried to move and look for something that can help the pain and I heard that this kind of mountain is full of medicinal herbs.
I'm going by a circle but still, I can't find any herbs that I think are medicinal and because of exhaustion, I rest under a tree with good brunches of leaves.
"Oi did you find the woman" My eyes jolted open because of the familiar voice. I tried to make move but it looks like my body is betraying me too but still, I tried to move and stand and when finally I have completely on my feet I heard the voice that I didn't want to hear right now.
"Young master I have found the woman!"
I looked at the direction of the voice and I found there the older assassin looking at me as if he's thankful that he finally found me.
I didn't wait for the younger assassin but run as fast as I can, there's no way I'll let them catch me that easily. I'm already not looking where I am going when I heard a loud scream.
"Stop!" That's what I heard and before I knew it before I am a very high cliff in which I have almost fallen.
When I look back I found out that the younger assassin has caught up, and he's with the older one.
I turn around once again and look at the cliff behind me, I don't really know what is happening.
I don't want to die but I don't want to be tortured to death.
"Woman lets talk this outcome closer" I didn't listen to them because I know that they are just doing that so that I won't jump.
Also, there's a higher possibility of surviving when jumping a cliff than letting the pursuers catch you.
Finally, I have made up my mind and look at the assassins then I heard a very small sound of water under the cliff.
The assassins are slowly going near me but unfortunately even though I'm not yet ready my foot stepped on some unstable soil and before I knew it the assassins' faces are already looking downward.
