章節 87: Watching movie with mother
Alena's pov
I quickly changed into more comfortable clothes and mother was already ready to go. We sat in the car and i told the driver to drop us at the mall. I had already asked about the preference of mother and booked two tickets of movie. Soon we reached and went inside the movie hall, i bought some popcorns and drinks to enjoy our movie.
We got to our seats and soon the movie started. After almost two hours movie ended and we came outside. I asked "How was the movie mother?"
She replied "It was really good and i liked the story too". I said "Me too mother, its been a while since i watched some good movie".
Then she looked at me confusedly and said "Really, but i thought you and Damon always went for movies for your date. Well, i think now he is only focused on work that is reason why you guys always fight but don't worry i will help you in making me old Damon again".
I was surprised but at the same time i was certain that this body has some good bond with this mother-son pair but what happened in between them is the mystery and i have to crack it somehow.
I smiled at her and said "Thank you for that in advance mother but first lets eat something because i am starving". She replied "Sure, lets go". I had already made reservations so all i needed to do was to reach at that place but before i could do anything my phone ringed and i saw it was that demon's call. I glanced at mother and she nodded and went inside the car to give me some privacy well it wasn't that i needed but our relationship might be revealed in front of mother so it was better to let her go.
I received the call and before i could greet i heard him roaring "Where are you? I have send you an address come at that place with mother. I was so pissed but i replied "Yes sir" and hung up. I was mad i already made reservations but he has to poke his nose in my business. I got in the car and gave the driver the address which he sent me. Mother looked at me and asked "Is everything fine dear?" I replied "Yes mother umm Damon is joining us so we will have to make some changes".
Mother looked happy and said "That's wonderful". I nodded and looked outside the window because i wanted to go in depth about their past but with Damon present it will be impossible to do.
Damon's pov
What's her deal? I asked her to come so that i could help her in gaining some information and she is such an ungrateful person. Even she booked the restaurant which only serves crab as main course and mother is allergic to that. But instead she is showing attitude. Hah!
