章節 52: Second Uncle
As soon as they arrived at England, the travelled to where the gate was quickly. The gate was actually just the entrance of a certain forest. There was a barrier blocking humans from entering just like at the hospital that Lilica had went to before. The barrier was made so that if a human accidentally goes in, the human will not feel anything, it was as if the gate was invisible. However, if the human was accompanied by a demon then he would be able to enter the demon world.
Lilica and gang entered the gate. The next second, they found themselves back to the demon world. After the tragedy, the demons stationed some succubus and incubus to guard the gate. As soon as Lilica stepped into the demon world, her appearance changed to her original form, with wings, horns and a tail and Kazuya and Lilienne's ears became pointy. Lilica suddenly felt nostalgic. It had been four years since she last came here. The scenery was breathtakingly beautiful as usual, the demon world's building made it look like they were still in England, with all the European buildings but with more nature and fresher air. Although the buildings looked antique, the interior was unexpectedly high tech and modern.
One of the guards noticed the gang and came up to them. However, when they saw Kazuya, he quickly knelt down and saluted politely, greeting him, "Greetings to the Second Prince and First Princess!"
Lilica was standing behind Kazuya so it seemed like the guard didn't notice her. Curious which incubus it was that greeted them, Lilica came out from behind Kazuya and looked at the guard.
The guard was still looking down and waited for further instructions.
"Stand up! Greet your future Second Princess!" Kazuya demanded menacingly.
Lilica glanced at Kazuya, shocked. She felt that there was no need for the guard to greet her. She wasn't married to him yet and moreover, She was a runaway of her family. Just that status alone was embarrassing for her. It wasn't worthy of being respected. As Lilica was going to say something to Kazuya, the guard greeted her.
"Apologies! Greetings to the future Second Princess!"
Lilica heard the guard loud and clear and felt that the guard's voice was familiar. She stared at the guard for a long time and asked, "...Second Uncle?" She felt like the man before her was similar to her Second Uncle, who was very close to her before she ran away. He was also the one who helped her escape using the gate during his shift.
The guard looked up, confused. "Little Lily? You're back?! Wait, what's happening?" He seemed shocked at the scene before him. His long gone niece suddenly came back, holding the hand of the second prince intimately! The prince even said that she was their future second princess!
Seeing her uncle so confused, Lilica giggled. "I'm back temporarily. I'll catch up on you later. We still need to see your brother." Lilica turned to the man next to her as she reminded them of why they came back.
"O-okay... I'll arrange a carriage for you guys!" Her uncle quickly stood up and called for a carriage, still looking confused.
