Maria cursed inwardly. She already forgave Tobias, she just felt insecure because she knew that Tobias doesn't love her.

She was able to opened her mind wide because of Jake's words. Jake opened her eyes to see the meaning behind Tobias actions!
Yes, she's unfair! But who can blame her? She's just a child that lost her father! She's just a child that lost her mother, for good! Would it be too much for her to get mad?!
Maria knew that she got mad to the wrong person. She felt that her heart doesn't hate Tobias anymore! She remained there standing while crying.
"I am very sad and devastated to know that you weren't home when I came back. I just found out that you left me, I felt so hopeless that time but I stood up and find you. I was searching for you anywhere but I just can't!"
"I was worried as I think what would happen to you and our babies. I will kill myself if there's anything bad happened to you! I love you so much that I can't think living another day without you by my side!"
Tobias speak emotionally, his face was now wet with his tears.
Maria was stunned to heard him say those words that she waited to hear!
"what-.... did you said?"
"I said that I can't live...."

Tobias think for a while, then smiled mischievously at her.
"I said that I love you...."
"is that for real?"
Maria asked unbelievably, she was gaping at him.
Tobias closed the space between them again and kissed and hugged her. The kissed was soft and gentle. Then he put a ring on her finger. Maria was bemused for what he done!
"you left it, so I'm giving it back to the rightful owner."
Maria looked at the ring on her finger, this was the engagement ring Tobias gave her. She left it the day she knew about who's Tobias mother.
