She searched for the source and followed the voice. As she walked closer, her daughter's voice got louder.

Mo Yutian stayed beside Alice, and suddenly he noticed something.

"Look!" Mo Yutian exclaimed. "Her eyes are moving!"

The comment made Mo Xie jump up from his couch to take a closer look. And it was as Mo Yutian had said, Jing Ruyue's eyelashes were shaking as her eyes moved slightly.

Those were signs of Jing Ruyue waking up from her deep slumber.

"It's working!" Mo Xie shouted. "Keep calling her name!"

Alice continued to call out to Jing Ruyue as Mo Xie had requested.

Even though Alice was not able to wake Jing Ruyue right away, Mo Xie was still satisfied with her performance.

"You can leave now," Mo Xie said to Mo Yutian. "The girl stays."
