Amaris slept fretfully that night. So Amaris decided to wake up early and train outside. She quietly left the cottage and walked down to a grove of trees near the training field.
Amaris chose one tree and began focusing her ability towards it.
[consentrate]
I wish Master hadn't made such a decision without me...
[realize]
I don't want to go back now..
[release]
I'm really scared...please don't leave me here..!
Amaris was overwhelmed with the feeling of loss.
It was tragic.
Her whole life she had been devoted to her Master. From the day that he picked her up when she was all alone to the day that she had first learned right from wrong...Her master was her parent...
The power that she had used towards the tree was huge. The emotions she was feeling distracted her and she lost control of the energy output.
BWOOM
The tree was completely obliterated. The foliage around the tree was burnt down to ash. The trunk of the tree had little cracks traveling up and down the sides.
The cracks grew larger and larger until the tree was completely covered in little cracks.
A gust of wind tickled Amaris's nose as she puffed up and down from the effort.
'Good thing the tree I selected was quite large so that it wouldn't be destroyed so easily'
Amaris was too busy calming herself that she didn't notice the cracks on the tree or the ashy foliage that once surrounded it.
The sudden gust of wind caused the tree to be unable to hold itself up anymore. It crumbled from the base up.
The cracks spread quickly and within seconds the base turned to ash. Little bits and pieces of wood were picked up by the wind.
After a few minutes, Amaris stood shocked. When she had first come to know Master she was a little girl who lived in the slums.
