She looked around and spotted a bored female clerk, twisting her short black and yellow striped hair. Ariana walked up to her and gave her a small smile. "How much is a room?" She asked politely.

The clerk gave Ariana a quick glance before rolling her eyes. "Pricey." She replied flatly. "Right.... So how much?" Ariana asked again while keeping her smile in place."10 gold a night." The clerk replied as she continued to play with her hair. Ariana flinched. "I don't need anything fancy." Ariana said as her smile started to shake.

"Fancy?! Ha!" The clerk said with a dark laugh. "Have you seen the place you walked into?! I told you it was pricey but you just had to ask." The clerk replied with a mocking tone. "What if I have no gold?" Ariana asked cautiously. The clerk just cocked her head and stared at Ariana.
