When dinner was over, Misaki went upstairs. It was a school night, and she was a growing girl. If she stayed up too late, she would probably have a hard time in the morning. She could only say good night to the adults with sadness in her eyes. 

"Do you want to see the garden?" Yagi leaned in and asked Emi. 

Emi knew Yagi wanted to have some alone time with her, so she nodded without another thought. Before her brother could react, the two of them left the dining room quickly. Once they were outside, they looked at each other and laughed. 

"Your brother is an intense man," Yagi said. 

"He has mellowed out," Emi said as the two walked into the garden in the backyard. "When we were younger, he was a complete demon. My elder sister was also the same. The only mellow one is my other brother."
