Since Azazel had his Archangel Source active, he used a high ranking teleportation seal to take Chojusen to the Fallen Angels' Domain; the Grigori Dimension. With the help of several other high ranking fallen angels, Azazel managed to create and support an entire dimension for his race.
When Chojusen came out the other end of the teleportation seal, he found himself in a floating island that was supported by black clouds. Several antiquated buildings decorated the fallen angels' domain. Chojusen was escorted by Azazel to the largest building inside the entire dimension.
Along the way, several fallen angels made way for Chojusen as they watched their governor personally lead him. After entering the building that looked like a courthouse, Chojusen was told to sit after entering Azazel's personal office. When Azazel himself took a seat, he said "Where do I even begin?" It was a rhetorical question but Chojusen answered it seriously, regardless.
He said "How about you start of by telling me why Chaosfiends are enemies of "all factions?""
"Well, since you yourself are a Chaosfiend, I thought you already knew..." Azazel waved his hands and two cups of tea appeared on his desk. He offered one of the cups to Chojusen and then started to talk again.
He said "A long, long time ago, there was once a Chaosfiend. Much like you, this Chaosfiend had a humanoid appearance, but he was extremely aggressive and would mercilessly bully all the young gods of that time. He was unrivaled in strength and even the Biblical God and the Original Satan could do nothing to him. It might be recorded in some records that the gods had to wait for the Chaosfiend to die, but in reality, they had to wait for it to leave this universe before they dared to start their own factions in this world. Now that another one of those demons has arrived; I'm talking about you. None of the gods that remember the past want to be put in that same helpless position again."
"Mhmm… If that's the case, then why are you helping me? Shouldn't you also be against having another Chaosfiend invade your universe?"
"Well, first of all, I don't really care what you do, as long as it doesn't mess with my hobbies. You are nothing like the original Chaosfiend, so I'm not going to condemn you for your ancestor's mistakes." Azazel paused for a second and flared his Archangel Source. He said "But don't get it twisted… If you weren't as calm and collected as I've seen, I would wipe you off the face of the universe with all my strength..."
Azazel retracted his aura and said "But right now, I think I'll help you defend yourself against the various pantheons as you will no doubt be strong enough to accomplish what I want later."
"What exactly do you want me to accomplish?"
"I want a seamless peace treaty between the various pantheons of this world."
"A noble fallen angel?"
"You could put it that way… Anyways, now I have something I want to know about you. What exactly was that form? And why did Ddraig become a Chaosfiend?"
"Well, Ddraig became a Chaosfiend after I awakend my Chaosfiend bloodline, and that form was just the improved Chaosfiend version of the Boosted Gear's Balance Breaker."
"I see, So a host's awakening can influence their Sacred Gear. Fascinating, fascinating..." Azazel went on a wild mumbling tangent and didn't stop his odd behavior until someone opened the door to his office.
A group of three men entered the room, one of them was carrying the unconscious body of Kokabiel. However, before any of them could speak, one of the three who entered the room had his hand dragonified and a voice came from a blue gem embedded in the transformed hand. "Ddraig! Show yourself! You and I both know that no matter what changes we do to our auras we will be able to find each other! Stop hiding!"
Chojusen dragonified his arm and let Ddraig speak from the emerald in his hand; the grey mist that notified everyone of his existence would not come out until he entered his Balance Breaker. Ddraig said "I'm not hiding! Shitty white dragon..."
Apparently, from the gems, the two dragons could see the outside world, as the moment that Ddraig stopped talking, a hysterical laughter sounded off from the blue gem. Albion — the shitty white dragon — said "Pffff hahahaha. Who are you and what did you do to my eternal rival?" After voicing out a sentence the white dragon went back to its hysterical laughing.
Ddraig became depressed after being made fun of so mercilessly, but Azazel came to his rescue. Azazel said "Albion, you should watch out. This Ddraig has been upgraded to the Chaosfiend-tier. Ok?"
The white dragon's blue gem didn't even blink. He said "Chaosfiend? Should I even care? Look at him, he's no longer a Heavenly RED Dragon Emperor. Hahahahah..."
Albion might be laughing like this is the funniest joke ever told, but the two men who entered the room along with Albion's host didn't find the situation a joking matter. One of the two who entered said "Azazel, are you sure you want to do this? Nurture a Chaosfiend?"
"Shemhazai, this is our chance to end all these dumb and pointless wars."
"Exactly. It's only a CHANCE. What if the other factions kill him before he grow up? Would they spare us, for potentially allowing him the chance to gain power? Even if he does overwhelm all the other pantheons, who's to say he won't turn his back against us?"
The other man next to Shemhazai said "Mhmm, I support protecting the Chaosfiend."
"Shemhazai looked at his friend and said "What? Why? Barakiel, you were also around during the time the first Chaosfiend wandered through Heaven. Right? You should know better than anyone just how tyrannical they are."
Barakiel said "There has only been one Chaosfiend before our little friend here. While I do admit that the first was… aggressive, we shouldn't automatically think the same of… what's your name?"
"Chojusen."
"Of Chojusen. Besides, you may not have been watching the fight, but I can confirm that Chojusen is close to Azazel's full power… There's a fair to good chance that he will get the power he needs to rule this universe soon. If we don't support him now… imagine the backlash we would receive in the future..."
…
As Chojusen was in the Grigori Dimension talking with all these Super Class powerhouses. In the Human World, Sirzechs had already arrived and recovered Asia, Rias and her peerage. A war was coming, and leaving anyone important in the Human World would be extremely dangerous. The last thing anyone wanted was for a powerhouse to release their source of divinity within the Human World and activate the Biblical God's wrath…
After Sirzechs transported everyone to the Gremory Estate, he would have to wait for Chojusen to appear once more to see how they would proceed. He was one of the few people who had been paying attention to Chojusen at the time he unleashed his Balance Breaker, so Sirzechs had a clear understanding of just what kind of strength Chojusen had at this point.
As he waited for Chojusen to make an appearance, he started to train Asia, Rias and her peerage. At this time of uncertainty, getting more strength might not guarantee survival, but it should increase the chances of surviving.
Sirzechs also recovered a sealed coffin from the ruins of the building Kokabiel blew up. He knew that the being inside the coffin was a dangerous entity, capable of being a threat to himself. But right now, he would need all the help he could get. Before Chojusen appeared once more, Sirzechs hoped to get the dangerous sealed being as their ally...
…
Back in the Grigori Dimension, after Chojusen, Azazel, Shemhazai, Barakiel, and the host of the White Dragon Emperor, Vali Lucifer, finished discussing how they would prepare for the invasion that could come at any minute, Vali challenged Chojusen to a fight. Vali was a battle-hungry psycho who felt that he was born in the wrong time because the Biblical God died. Now that someone with the potential to overwhelm the Biblical God of the past arrived, he was more the happy to start a fight.
After getting permission from Azazel to fight in the Grigori Dimension, Chojusen and Albion made their way to the skies. If they fought on the ground, no one knew how much needless destruction would result from their battle. The only thing Chojusen had to keep in mind was to not release his Balance Breaker; he wasn't worried as their were plenty of tricks he could pull of in its place.
