Magic: The general term for the usage and gathering of energy and the elements.
Mana: The term used for Energy by the inhabitants of Duodecim.
Mana Paths: The paths that mana travels through in a being or an object. They act like the circulatory system, the mana pool/mana core/s/origin core/s or whatever core/s the being or object has as the heart and the Paths as arteries, veins and capillaries.
Spells: Spells are cast when one uses Mana or Energy to gather the elements for various reasons, be it attacking a foe or even cooking cleaning clothes.
Divine Spells: Divine Spells are a classification of spells that have only one requirement. It must disregard the rule that the elements must be present or at least should have a source they are coming from. These spells could be an spell in existence so long as that the elements they use come from the user's own Energy. This is made possible by the purification of Energy and it's increase in quality when a being becomes a Deity.
Casting: Magic can be cast in a myriad of ways, be it a ritual, Arcane Spells, Runes, Enchantments Magic Circles or Incantations. Maybe even fusions of those that were mentioned.
Arcane Spells: Arcane Spells use Magic Circles built into one's body and/or soul. These usually take a vast amount of effort to create and once an Arcane Circle, the term used for these kinds of Magic Circle, are placed, it is almost impossible to remove them. These use a large quantity of runes, similar to Magic Circles, which have a much smaller amount.
Magic Circles: Magic Circles are produced out of one's Energy and are used for the gathering of the elements. A common means to casting magic.
Runes: A single letter or symbol of the Common Deific Language. They are used for Enchanting or casting spells.
Enchantments: Enchantments are produced by creating Mana or Energy Channels into an object. These increase an object's power and are usually done on weapons. Runes could also be placed on said weapons or, only Runes could be placed. Runes after all, could give the weapon a certain effect.
Incantations: These are as common as the usage of Magic Circles. They are done by chanting, in order to gather the elements and create a spell.
Castless Magic: These are Magic which need not to be cast like the others. This can be applied to most spells so long as one has enough mastery over them.
Rituals: These are usually done by creating a sacrifice while using a symbol similar to a Magic Circle, albeit larger in scale.
Mana/Energy Flow/Control: The term used for the manipulation of Mana or Energy throughout and outside one's body.
Mana/Energy Pool: This is the reservoir of Mana or Energy an entity has.
Mana/Energy Core: For Transcendents or Deities who create their own Mana/Energy instead of relying on the ones in their surroundings, this is the very manifestation of their Mana/Energy Pools and also an object which creates the Mana/Energy they use. They can also choose not to rely on it and use the Mana/Energy in the area.
Origin Core: A more powerful version of Mana/Energy Cores. Deities and Transcendents who have reached a certain level of power will gain their own Cores. Those that have Cores cannot be slain unless the Core or Main Core in case of many Cores, is destroyed. The Core or Main Core must always remain with the main body if clones are produced.
