Xing splashed his face with water.

Xao was standing obediently.

"Follow me, " he gestured his nephew and jogged out of the yard, slowly he increased his pace. 

It was customary for Xing to marathon two miles before breakfast. 

And it was the basic part of the training of a young soldier, if Xao cannot forebears a basic training schedule then he should forget to learn something important. 

Two miles was a walk in the park for Xing but poor Xao was lame, he was short of breath after running half a mile behind his uncle but he didn't give up, he kept dragging himself, at the second round the village he was pushing on his limits to carry himself. 

Xing didn't turn to look back at him. 

Without looking back, he could tell the situation. 

Just when stars started dancing around his head and he was near collapse, he was back at home by following his uncle, he didn't notice that two miles were completed.
