A few days of crazy laughter and antic later.
Leonard was in his room, in front of him was at least 50 jars of Skin Care "Mud", of which he spent all of his time so far creating.
"...now with the product complete, I just need to find a way to sell him….as far as I know, I'm the only one in this world(probably) who has a monopoly over this product."
He then grabbed a jar of "Mud" and left, of course, he did not forget to lock this door on the way out, to him right now, these 50 jars of "Mud" is more valuable than gold itself.
It would be a tragedy if a servant were to unknowing "Cleaned" it out from his room.
After making sure that the lock was working correctly Leonard happily went on his merry way toward the marketplace of Trier.
Marcel Company in Trier.
The Marcel Company, one of the most successful merchant guild in the continent, they had operations throughout all the major and minor country and kingdom within the continent, these operations include an Auction house, Restaurant, mining operation, and mercenary works included.
Right now, Leonard was at the entrance of one of any branch of the company in the Duchy.
To be specific, this is an auction house.
Even though this building was just a branch of the main company, the building itself was huge!
A six-story-tall building in a medieval age, that's some show of wealth there.
Inside of the building was a bustling scene, Mercenary showed up for contracts, the merchant selling their goods and advertise them, mages offering their services etc.
Leonard walked up to the front desk where a clerk woman was stationed.
"Hello lady, I would like to have an item put up for the next upcoming auction," he said.
The clerk who was stationed there looks at him.
Seeing that he had fine clothes on his body that would actually worth some money, the clerk woman put on a bright smile.
"Sure! What would you like to be auctioned?" she asked him.
Leonard then pulled up the jar of Skin Care "Mud" and put it on the counter.
"This jar here."
The clerk eyebrow twitched as she looks at the jar of what she presumes as "Mud"
"This sir, are you perhaps playing a joke on me?" she asked in a polite tone.
"No no, I'm not playing a joke at all, this is what I wanted to put up for auctioning," Leonard said with a serious face.
"This…." the clerk was flabbergasted as she doesn't know what to say next.
"Please hold for a moment sir, I need to contact our manager." she then left him waiting on the front counter while she rushed to find the manager.
The Clerk woman POV
Rika was a new employee of the Marcel branch company, and today was her first day doing her job as a front desk clerk in the Marcel branch building, organizing minor sale and such.
However today oddly enough a youth in fine clothing came to her, offering to sell a jar of what she presumed to be "mud" in a jar in the next upcoming auction.
Honestly, she doesn't know what to say to the youth, since she did not want to offend him, seeing that he had all those fine clothes on him, she assumes that he must be from a wealthy family.
The number one rule the Marcel company taught her was that. "Never piss off anyone who looks rich."
So she had to find the manager to deal and defuse this situation, as he was more experience than her in this kind of matter.
In the manager office.
Rika knocked on the door.
"Manager, I had an issue that needs your guidance," she informed him.
Then from behind the wooden door.
"Come in." an aged voice told her.
Rika pushed the door open and walked in, she then closed the door behind her.
The manager of the Marcel company was an old man who seen to be in his sixties.
"So...what do you need help with?" he asked her.
"Manager...a rich person outside wish to sell a jar of questionable content on the next upcoming auction….." she then continued to explain her problem to the old man.
The old man raised an eyebrow after listening to Rika problem.
